Sony to Launch PlayStation 5 Pro with Better Features

Tokyo: Sony Corporation is developing the ‘PlayStation 5 Pro,’ which Includes an improved graphics processor in the device, compared to the main processor.
Sony’s upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro will include AMD’s Ryzen Zen 2 processor, which is also used in the current PlayStation 5. Instead of moving to a newer processor, the processor’s speed will increase to 4GHz instead of 3.5GHz in the current version available from the processor to reach the appropriate frame rate for each game.
The PlayStation 5 Pro will increase the number of output units (ROU), as the main console has 64 units, yet it could increase to 96 or 128 in the Pro, which results in better graphics and gameplay.
The expected release includes further improvements in storage disks and RAM to improve performance, with reports expected to release the device by the end of 2024, while PlayStation 6 could be released in 2028.
Sony had earlier unveiled the ‘PlayStation Portal’ a portable device designed as a Dual Sense controller that enables wireless playback of games installed on the PlayStation 5.
