وأشار التقرير إلى أن الإعلان عن هذه الصفقة من طرف الثنائي المذكور سيعكس توافق الخطط المستقبلية لكل من مجموعة «Reliance deal» التي تبحث عن الانتشار أكثر في الأسواق، وكذا قطر الرامية إلى بلوغ رؤيتها بعد حوالي سبعة أعوام من الآن، من أجل التحول إلى دولة رائدة على المستوى العالمي في مختلف المجالات، وهو ما بدأت في تحقيقه بفضل العديد من الخطوات، أهمها تقوية استثماراتها الخارجية والسير بها إلى أرقام أكبر، من شأنها مضاعفة مواردها المالية الناتجة عن مشاريعها الأجنبية، والتقليل من الاعتماد على صادراتها من الغاز الطبيعي المسال.
