Doha: QNB Group received three prestigious awards from The Digital Banker’s “Middle East and Africa Retail Banking Innovation Awards 2023” as an acknowledgment of its ongoing leadership in digital banking.
QNB was awarded with “Best Digital Bank in the Middle East”, “Best Digital Bank in Qatar”, and “Best Digital Wallet of the Year”. This came as a recognition of its continuous digital product development in mobile and internet banking, digital payments, innovative digital wallet, along with self-service machines with the aim to provide the best digital banking experience in the Middle East, and on an international landscape.
Commenting on these awards Senior Executive Vice President, QNB Group Retail Banking Adel Ali Al Malki said: “We are proud of these awards that recognize our leadership in digital innovation and banking services, aiming to serve customers both locally and internationally. الدوحة: حصلت /مجموعة QNB/ بنك قطر الوطني، على ثلاث جوائز ضمن جوائز الابتكار في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا لعام 2023 من مجلة “ذا ديجيتال بانكر”، وذلك تقديرا لريادتها في مجال الخدمات المصرفية.
وقد نال QNB جائزة “أفضل بنك رقمي في الشرق الأوسط”، و”أفضل بنك رقمي في قطر”، و”أفضل محفظة رقمية”، وذلك تتويجا لجهوده في مواصلة تطوير منظومته الرقمية في مجال الخدمات المصرفية عبر الجوال والأنترنت وخدمات الدفع الرقمي، والمحفظة الرقمية المبتكرة بالإضافة إلى خدمات أجهزة الصراف الذاتي الشامل بهدف توفير أفضل تجربة مصرفية رقمية في الشرق الأوسط، وعلى النطاق الدولي.
وقال السيد عادل علي المالكي، نائب رئيس تنفيذي أول – الخدمات المصرفية للأفراد في مجموعة QNB: تعليقا على هذه الجائزة، “إن هذه الجوائز تعكس نجاح البنك في رحلة التحول الرقمي، في الوقت الذي نؤكد فيه حرصنا على تلبية تطلعات واحتياجات عملائنا المالية وتقديم خدمات فريدة ومتطورة على الدوام”.
