Qatari Real Estate Prices: Most Expensive and Cheapest Sales of Last Week

Doha: The Ministry of Justice’s weekly real estate bulletin has provided details about the real estate transactions recorded between July 30th and August 3rd, 2023. The total value of these transactions, as per registered sales contracts at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry, was 242,123,654 Qatari Riyals.

The bulletin covered the sale of 63 properties located in different regions of the country. Noteworthy transactions from the bulletin include the sale of a residential property in Furij bin Umran, Doha municipality. This property, spanning 99 square meters, was sold for 650,000 Riyals, equating to 6,566 Riyals per square meter. In another case, an empty land located in the Al Wukair area of Al Wakra municipality was sold for 1,042,089 Riyals. This land spans 461 square meters, with a per-square-meter price of 2,260 Riyals.

The most valuable transaction for an empty land was observed in Al Duhail, Doha municipality, where a sale was made for 41 million Riyals. This land spans 13,308 square meters, and the price per square meter was 3,081 Riyals. Following this, a residential property in the Al Azizia area of Al Rayyan municipality was sold for 18,800,402 Riyals. The property covers 2,911 square meters, with a rate of 6,458 Riyals per square meter.

Additional transactions reported include the sale of a residential property in the Jariyan Jinehat area of Al Thakhira municipality, fetching 16,500,000 Riyals. The property spans 1,200 square meters, amounting to 13,750 Riyals per square meter. Lastly, a residence in the Al Wukair area of Al Wakra municipality was sold for 9 million Riyals, covering 2,832 square meters at a rate of 3,145 Riyals per square meter.

الدوحة: أظهرت النشرة العقارية الأسبوعية الصادرة عن وزارة العدل، أن حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 30 يوليو إلى 3 أغسطس 2023 بلغ، 242 مليونا و123 ألفا و654 ريالا قطريا.

وتضمنت النشرة بيع 63 عقاراً في مختلف مناطق الدولة، وبالنسبة لأرخص عقار تم بيعه بحسب النشرة فقد تم بيع مسكن بفريج بن عمران ببلدية الدوحة بسعر 650 ألف ريال ، حيث بلغت مساحته 99 مترا بمعدل 6566 للمتر الواحد، في حين بيعت أرض فضاء في منطقة الوكير ببلدية الوكرة بـ 1.042.089 ريال ،وبلغت مساحتها 461 متر بمعدل 2260 للمتر الواحد.

وسجل أعلى سعر لأرض فضاء في الدحيل ببلدية الدوحة، حيث بيع بـ 41 مليون ريال، وتبلغ مساحته 13308 بمعدل 3081 للمتر الواحد، يليه بيع مسكن بمنطقة العزيزية ببلدية الريان بـ 18.800.402 ريال، وتبلغ مساحته 2911 بمعدل 6458 للمتر الواحد.

كما أظهرت النشرة بيع مسكن في منطقة جريان جنيحات ببلدية الظعاين بـ 16.500.000ريال تبلغ مساحته 1200 بمعدل 13750 ريال للمتر الواحد، وبيع مسكن في منطقة الوكير ببلدية الوكرة بسعر 9 ملايين ريال، وتبلغ مساحته 2832 بمعدل 3145 ريال للمتر الواحد.
