Profits of Commercial Bank Increase 8.5 Percent, Masraf Al Rayan Declines by 24 Percent

Doha: The net profit of the Commercial Bank (a Qatari public shareholding company) increased by 8.5 percent in the first half of 2023 to reach QR 1,554 billion, compared to a net profit of QR 1,432 billion for the same period last year.
The figures issued by the bank and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) website today showed an increase in the Earnings per share (EPS) to reach QR 0.37 in the first half of 2023, compared to earnings per share of QR 0.34 for the same period of the previous year.
On the other hand, the financial statements of Masraf Al Rayan (a Qatari public shareholding company) revealed a decline in net profits by 24 percent, to reach QR 764,641 million in the first half of 2023, compared to QR 999.906 million in the same period last year.
The figures issued by the bank and published on QSE website today also showed a decline in Earnings per share (EPS) to QR 0.082 in the period ending on June 30, 2023, compared to QR 0.108 in the same period of the year 2022.

الدوحة: زادت الأرباح الصافية للبنك التجاري (شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) بنسبة 8.5 بالمئة في النصف الأول من العام 2023 لتبلغ 1.554 مليار ريال، مقابل صافي ربح بلغ 1.432 مليار ريال قطري لنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.
وأظهرت الأرقام الصادرة عن البنك ونشرت على موقع بورصة قطر اليوم، ارتفاعا في العائد على السهم ليبلغ 0.37 ريال قطري في النصف الأول من العام 2023 مقابل ربحية السهم 0.34 ريال قطري لنفس الفترة من العام الذي سبقه.
على صعيد آخر، كشفت القوائم المالية لمصرف الريان (شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) تراجعا في الأرباح الصافية بنسبة 24 بالمئة لتبلغ 764.641 مليون ريال في النصف الأول من العام 2023، مقابل 999.906 مليون ريال في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي.
وبينت الأرقام الصادرة عن البنك ونشرت على موقع بورصة قطر اليوم، تراجعا أيضا في العائد على السهم إلى 0.082 ريال في الفترة المنتهية في 30 يونيو 2023، قياسا بـ0.108 ريال في نفس الفترة من العام 2022.
