HMC announces hospital and clinic timings for Ramadan

Doha: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced its operating hours for Ramadan. All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals will operate as usual, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Dr Yousef Al Maslamani, Medical Director of Hamad General Hospital, also reminded patients who have appointments at HMC clinics during Ramadan about the importance of attending their appointment as scheduled.

“If you feel you are unable to attend your appointment, please call Nesmaa’k on 16060 to reschedule. Missing an appointment with one of our specialists can have a serious impact on your health and the health of other patients,” Dr Al Maslamani said.

“If we know you are unable to attend your appointment, we can rearrange your appointment for the next available and clinically appropriate time and give your previously scheduled time to someone who needs to be seen urgently.”

Hamad General Hospital
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and evening clinics will be open from 8.30pm to 11.30pm, Sunday to Wednesday. The evening clinic at the Bone and Joint Center will be open from 1pm to 5pm, Sunday to Wednesday.

The main Outpatient Department (OPD) pharmacy, located on the ground floor of Hamad General Hospital will be open from 8am to 1pm and from 8.30pm to 12am (midnight), Sunday to Wednesday and from 8am to 1pm on Thursday.

Women’s Wellness and Research Center
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm Sunday to Thursday, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm Sunday to Wednesday, and the OPD pharmacy will be open during clinic times.

Ambulatory Care Center
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday, with afternoon clinics for GI/Endoscopy, Urology, Pre-Admission and Anesthesia, and ENT open from 1pm to 4pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Communicable Disease Center
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 5pm, Sunday to Wednesday, and from 8am to 1pm on Thursdays. All support services, including pharmacy, radiology, and laboratory (phlebotomy), will be available during OPD clinic times.

Qatar Rehabilitation Institute
Outpatient clinics will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and the OPD pharmacy will be open during clinic times.

Heart Hospital
Outpatient clinics and the non-invasive service will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. There will be no evening clinics throughout Ramadan. The OPD pharmacy will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday, and from 11am to 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The Cath Lab will operate from 7am to 3pm, with on-call services available for emergencies 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Rumailah Hospital
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. All therapy services will be open from 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday, and OPD pharmacy services will operate from 8am to 4pm, Sunday and Tuesday and from 8am to 3pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The Plastic Surgery service will be open from 8am to 4pm, Sunday and Tuesday and from 8am to 1pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Wound Care Clinic will be open from 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday, and the Geriatric and Long-term Care service will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and from 8am to 3pm on Tuesdays. The Oral and Maxillofacial service will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday, and will hold evening clinics from 8pm to 11pm, Sunday to Wednesday.

National Center for Cancer Care and Research
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 1pm to 4pm on Mondays. OPD pharmacy services will be open from 8am to 1.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, and from 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. The Day Care Unit and Radiation Therapy Service will be open from 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Al Wakra Hospital
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Wednesday, from 8am to 1pm on Thursdays, and from 11am to 2pm on Saturdays. The Burns Surgery outpatient service will also be open from 7am to 3pm on Saturdays, and the physiotherapy service will be open from 7am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday. The main OPD pharmacy, laboratory (phlebotomy) services, and other support services will operate during OPD clinic times.

Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital
Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. The main OPD pharmacy will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday.

The Cuban Hospital
There are no changes to OPD clinic and pharmacy operating hours. Outpatient clinics and pharmacy services will be open from 7.15am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday and dependent on appointments, OPD dental services will operate until 9pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Al Khor Hospital
Outpatient clinics and OPD dental services will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. There will be no evening clinics during Ramadan.

Hamad Dental Center
Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry Clinics will be open from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Wednesday and from 8am to 1pm on Thursday. Prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and dental diagnostic and surgical science (DDSS) services will operate from 8am to 1pm and from 8.30pm to 11.30pm, Sunday to Wednesday and from 8am to 1pm on Thursday.

Mental Health Services
Outpatient clinics and OPD pharmacy services will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and evening clinics will operate from 8.30pm to 11.30pm at Hamad General Hospital on Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The Referral and Booking Management System (RBMS) will operate from 7am to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Nesma’ak Customer Care will operate from 7am to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 10am to 4pm on Friday and Saturday. Patients requiring information about scheduled appointments or clinic operating hours during Ramadan can call 16060 during these times. During Ramadan, Nesma’ak will continue to send mobile text message reminders to patients prior to their appointment. To confirm or change your appointment, call 16060.

أعلنت مؤسسة حمد الطبية مواعيد العمل بالمستشفيات التابعة لها خلال شهر رمضان الفضيل، علماً بأن خدمات الطوارئ ووحدات المرضى الداخليين في جميع مستشفيات مؤسسة حمد الطبية ستواصل عملها كالمعتاد على مدار الساعة خلال سبعة أيام في الأسبوع. وأكد الدكتور يوسف المسلماني، المدير الطبي لمستشفى حمد العام، على ضرورة التزام المرضى بالمواعيد الطبية المجدولة لهم في مستشفيات وعيادات مؤسسة حمد الطبية خلال الشهر الفضيل.

وقال: «ننصح المرضى الذين يشعرون بأنهم لن يتمكنوا من حضور المواعيد الطبية المحددة لهم، بالاتصال بمركز خدمة العملاء في مؤسسة حمد الطبية (نسمعك) على الرقم 16060، وإعادة جدولة هذه المواعيد».

وستكون مواعيد العمل في المستشفيات والعيادات على النحو الآتي:

مستشفى حمد العام

العيادات الخارجية: الفترة الصباحية: من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 بعد الظهر، من الأحد إلى الخميس. العيادات المسائية- من الساعة 8:30 مساءً حتى 11:30 مساءً، أيام الأحد إلى الأربعاء. أما ساعات عمل العيادات المسائية في مركز العظام والمفاصل، فستكون من الساعة 1:00 من بعد الظهر إلى الساعة 5:00 مساءً، أيام الأحد إلى الأربعاء.

الصيدلية الرئيسية بالعيادات الخارجية (في الطابق الأرضي من مبنى العيادات الخارجية): سيكون العمل في الصيدلية الرئيسية بالعيادات الخارجة في الفترة الصباحية من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 من بعد الظهر، من الأحد إلى الخميس، وفي الفترة المسائية من الساعة 8:30 مساء حتى الساعة 12:00 منتصف الليل، أيام الأحد إلى الأربعاء.

مستشفى القلب

العيادات الخارجية والفحوصات غير النافذة (غير الجراحية): من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 ظهراً من الأحد إلى الخميس، ولن تكون هناك عيادات مسائية طوال شهر رمضان. أما ساعات العمل في صيدلية العيادات الخارجية في مستشفى القلب فستكون من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 ظهراً من الأحد إلى الخميس، ومن الساعة 11:00 صباحاً حتى 4:00 مساءً خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.

مستشفى الرميلة

ستكون ساعات العمل في العيادات الخارجية في مستشفى الرميلة من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 ظهراً من الأحد إلى الخميس، وستكون ساعات العمل لجميع الخدمات العلاجية من الساعة 7:00 صباحاً حتى 3:00 عصراً من الأحد إلى الخميس، وفي صيدلية العيادات الخارجية من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 4:00 عصراً أيام الأحد والثلاثاء، ومن الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 3:00 عصراً أيام الاثنين والأربعاء والخميس.

وستكون ساعات العمل في عيادة الجراحة التجميلية بمستشفى الرميلة من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 4:00 مساءً أيام الأحد والثلاثاء، ومن الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 بعد الظهر أيام الاثنين والأربعاء والخميس. وفي عيادة العناية بالجروح من الساعة 7:00 صباحاً حتى 3:00 عصراً أيام الأحد إلى الخميس، وفي عيادة أمراض الشيخوخة والرعاية المطوّلة من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 بعد الظهر أيام الأحد والاثنين والأربعاء والخميس، ومن الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 3:00 عصراً أيام الثلاثاء. أما عيادة جراحة الوجه والفكّين فستكون ساعات العمل من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 بعد الظهر أيام الأحد إلى الخميس والعيادات المسائية من الساعة 8:00 مساءً إلى الساعة 11:00 مساءً أيام الأحد إلى الأربعاء.

مركز أبحاث السرطان

ستكون ساعات العمل في العيادات الخارجية من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 ظهراً من الأحد إلى الخميس، في حين تكون ساعات العمل للفترة المسائية من الساعة 1:00 بعد الظهر حتى 4:00 عصراً أيام الاثنين فقط. وستكون ساعات العمل في صيدلية العيادات الخارجية من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:30 بعد الظهر من الأحد إلى الخميس، ومن الساعة 9:00 صباحاً حتى 2:00 بعد الظهر أيام السبت. وستكون ساعات العمل في قسم الرعاية اليومية وقسم العلاج الإشعاعي من الساعة 7:00 صباحاً حتى 3:00 عصراً أيام الأحد إلى الخميس.

مستشفى الوكرة

العيادات الخارجية: من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 4:00 مساءً – من الأحد إلى الأربعاء، ومن الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 1:00 بعد الظهر أيام الخميس، ومن الساعة 11:00 صباحاً حتى الساعة 2:00 من بعد الظهر أيام السبت. كما ستعمل وحدة جراحة الحروق بالعيادات الخارجية أيضاً من الساعة 7 صباحاً إلى 3 عصراً أيام السبت، وعيادة العلاج الطبيعي من 7 صباحاً إلى 5 مساءً من الأحد إلى الخميس.

.. والإعلان عن مواعيد عمل القومسيون الطبي وتسجيل المواليد

أعلنت وزارة الصحة العامة أن مواعيد العمل في إدارة القومسيون الطبي ومكاتب تسجيل المواليد خلال شهر رمضان المبارك ستكون اعتباراً من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً وحتى الساعة السادسة مساءً.

وتتقدم وزارة الصحة العامة بخالص التهاني والتبريكات لجميع المواطنين، والمقيمين بمناسبة شهر رمضان المبارك.
