QIC Insured opens new branch in Lulu Messila

DOHA: As part of its expansion strategy QIC Insured, the personal insurance division of QIC, Qatar’s leading insurer has opened a new full service branch at Lulu Hypermarket in Al Messila.

The branch timings are from 9am to 9pm Saturday to Thursday.

Designed to offer an open lay-out and lighting system that gives it a modern and receptive look, the new branch is well poised to service all retail customers and offer a full range of personal insurance products (car insurance, home insurance, travel insurance, personal accident benefit etc.) that are best matched to the preferences of existing and prospective customers residing in Al Messila.

Commenting at the inauguration ceremony of the branch Ali Albuenain, Assistant Manager (Retail) at QIC Insured stated, “As part of QIC Insured’s strategy to expand its footprint, we are pleased to be inaugurating our fourth branch at Lulu Messila. Owing to its growing popularity, it came in as a natural choice.”

He further said: “With the opening of this branch, we have further strengthened our service offering through a wider network of branches and kiosks. With the aim to make it more convenient and easily accessible for customers, we’re delighted to welcome and service them when they visit Lulu Messila for their daily requirements.”

أعلنت شركة قطر للتأمين عن افتتاح فرعها الجديد في اللولو هايبر ماركت بمنطقة المسيله، ويأتي الفرع استمراراً لخطط الشركة الحثيثة لتوسيع شبكة أفرعها المحلية، ليضاف إلى شبكة فروع الشركة الموجودة داخل قطر.

ويعد الفرع الجديد مركزاً استراتيجياً لخدمة العملاء، وسيعمل على خدمة عملاء الشركة، من خلال تقديم مجموعة متكاملة من خدمات التأمين، بما في ذلك خدمات التأمين الشخصي، والتأمين على السيارات والمنزل والسفر، وتبدأ مواعيد العمل في الفرع من الساعة 9 صباحاً إلى 9 مساءً من السبت إلى الخميس.

ومن جهته، قال السيد علي البوعينين، مساعد مدير قسم خدمات الأفراد في شركة قطر للتأمين: «يسعدنا افتتاح فرعنا الرابع في اللولو هايبر ماركت فرع المسيله، ويأتي ذلك ضمن الاستراتيجية التي نتبعها لتوسيع نطاق أنشطتنا داخل دولة قطر، من خلال مواصلة تعزيز خدماتنا بشكل مستمر عبر شبكة واسعة من الفروع في جميع أنحاء البلاد، ولزيادة إمكانية الوصول إلى تقديم كل خدمات التأمين التي تلبي احتياجات العملاء».
