Doha: In preparation for Eid Al-Adha, Qatar’s Ministry of Municipality and Environment has gone the extra mile by ensuring that 143 public parks and green spaces, along with 15 beaches, are ready to welcome visitors.

These meticulously maintained parks have been equipped with top-notch facilities for children’s games and entertainment, creating a delightful experience for families. Furthermore, the parks have been adorned with vibrant seasonal flowers and trees, adding a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings.

The beaches cater to various preferences and have designated areas for women-only, families, and single men. To guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience, the municipalities have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure cleanliness and safety. This includes regular cleaning of pathways, play areas, and bathrooms, ensuring that visitors can fully immerse themselves in the serene ambiance.

While the scorching weather prevents Souq Al Wakra and Souq Waqif from hosting events or festivals during this time, visitors can still relish the delectable culinary offerings at their renowned restaurants and cafes, which remain open to serve.

On the other hand, for those seeking a unique experience, Dossari Park and Wildlife Sanctuary will be organizing a spectacular festival on the second day of Eid.
