Qatar Airways Showcases Gulfstream G700 at Paris Air Show

Paris: HE Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker unveiled the new Gulfstream G700 in the presence of HE Minister of Transport Jassim bin Saif bin Ahmed Al Sulaiti, on the first day of the Paris Air Show 2023.

The G700 will join Qatar Executive, the Groups luxury private jet charter division. Qatar Executive became the international launch customer for the G700 in October 2019, and will introduce 10 of the jets into Qatar Executives fleet over the coming years. The G700s flight from Savannah to Paris established a new city pair record of Mach 0.90 and with a time of 7 hours 19 minutes.

During its flight test program, the Gulfstream G700 demonstrated its performance and sustainability credentials with a flight fueled by Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) setting a speed record of Mach 0.89 between Savannah and Tokyo. The G700 is an unrivalled leader in its class, boasting sector leading speed, range, luxury cabin features, avionics, reliability, and safety. The business jet is powered by two Pearl 700 engines developed by Rolls-Royce and has a range of 7,500 nautical miles/13,890 kilometers at Mach 0.85 or 6,400 nm/11,853 km at Mach 0.90.

The aircrafts bespoke cabins are meticulously crafted to ensure a sublime passenger experience which meets Qatar Executives most discerning customers standards. The aircraft provides the ultimate level of flexibility through its spacious and innovative cabin design with an extra-large galley, crew compartment and up to five living or office areas. The passenger experience is enhanced by a revolutionary lighting system, a lower pressure altitude, larger windows and lower cabin noise levels. The state-of-the-art aircraft enables ultra-long-range flights between almost all commercial city pairs and can operate non-stop from Doha to New York, in 13 and a half hours and from Doha to Seoul in less than eight hours.

باريس: كشفت الخطوط الجوية القطرية، النقاب عن الطائرة الجديدة من طراز /جلفستريم G700/ خلال فعاليات اليوم الأول لمعرض باريس الجوي 2023، بحضور سعادة السيد جاسم بن سيف بن أحمد السليطي وزير المواصلات.

وستنضم الطائرة الفاخرة إلى أسطول /القطرية لطائرات رجال الأعمال/، القسم المختص بطائرات رجال الأعمال في مجموعة الخطوط الجوية القطرية.

وكانت الناقلة القطرية قد رحبت بوصول أول طائرة من طراز /جلفستريم G700/ في أغسطس 2021، بوصفها المشغل العالمي الأول لهذا الطراز، على أن تضم 10 طائرات أخرى على مدار السنوات المقبلة.

وقد أظهرت طائرة /جلفستريم G700/ أداء مميزا خلال برنامج اختبار الطيران الخاص بها، والذي استخدمت فيه وقود الطيران المستدام (SAF)، مسجلة رقما قياسيا في السرعة التي بلغت 0.89 ماخ بين مدينة سافانا ومدينة طوكيو، وتعد طائرة /جلفستريم G700/ رائدة في عالم طائرات رجال الأعمال، متصدرة باقي الطائرات الخاصة من حيث السرعة، والكفاءة، والاستدامة، والرفاهية.

وتعمل الطائرة بمحركين من طراز /بيرل 700/، طورتهما شركة /رولز-رويس/، وتطير بسرعة 7,500 ميل بحري/ 13,890 كيلومترا، بسرعة 0.85 ماخ، أو 6,400 ميل بحري/ 11,853 كيلومترا بسرعة 0.90 ماخ.

وقد تم تصميم مقصورة الطائرة بدقة لضمان تجربة سفر راقية واستثنائية لتلبية المعايير العالية التي تلتزم بها /القطرية لطائرات رجال الأعمال/، وتوفر الطائرة للمسافرين أعلى مستويات الراحة، حيث تمتاز باحتوائها على أكثر المقصورات رحابة في القطاع، مع أماكن واسعة لتحضير الطعام، وصالة أو حجرة خاصة لطاقم الطائرة، وما يصل إلى خمسة أماكن للجلوس، وتضم الطائرة نظام إضاءة مميزا يتغير حسب الوقت والمنطقة الزمنية، بالإضافة إلى نوافذ بانورامية وضغط جوي مناسب وضجيج أقل، كما تسهل هذه الطائرة الحديثة الرحلات الطويلة بين المدن التجارية، حيث يمكنها أن تقطع، وبدون توقف، المسافة من الدوحة إلى نيويورك في حوالي 12 ساعة، ومن الدوحة إلى سول في غضون 8 ساعات.
