Minister of Education Affirms Education is one of Core Pillars of Qatar National Vision to Build Knowledge-Based Economy

Doha: HE Minister of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi affirmed that education is one of the core pillars laid out in Qatar National Vision 2030 to build a diversified knowledge-based economy and provide a promising future to citizens through building a global educational system that offers exceptional opportunities and high quality training.
Addressing the International Forum of Education Ministers which was held in Kazan,Tatarstan under the theme of “Shaping the Future”, Her Excellency stressed the importance of cooperation and partnership to achieve a qualitative education for all, pointing out that teacher is the bedrock in the development of educational process.
HE Minister of Education talked about the program that was carried out by MoEHE to train and qualify teachers, especially in leveraging technology for education to support digital transformation, in pursuit of achieving quality in education.
She highlighted the exerted efforts, achievements and future aspirations in e-education, technical education, and vocational training.
On the margins of the forum, HE President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with HE Minister of Education and Higher Education Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi and discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in education sector and ways to support and develop them.
HE Minister of Education and Higher Education also met with HE Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov and HE Minister of Science and Higher Education in the Russian Federation Valery Falkov discussed with them cooperation aspects in education, higher education and scientific research.
HE Minister of Education and Higher Education headed the State of Qatar’s delegation at the forum that was held during Jun. 7-9, which was intended to discuss the most critical issues for the development of the education sector, provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices in the field of technical and vocational education and training, formulate the directions of the global vision in building the future, and develop digital skills in the educational field in the context of digital transformation.

الدوحة: أكدت سعادة السيدة بثينة بنت علي الجبر النعيمي وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، أن التعليم يعد أحد المحاور الأساسية في رؤية دولة قطر الوطنية 2030 ، لبناء اقتصاد متنوع قائم على المعرفة، وإتاحة مستقبل واعد للمواطنين من خلال بناء نظام تعليمي عالمي يوفر فرصا استثنائية للتعليم والتدريب عالي الجودة.
وشددت سعادتها، في كلمتها أمام أعمال المنتدى الدولي لوزراء التعليم الذي عقد بمدينة قازان في جمهورية تتارستان، تحت عنوان “بناء المستقبل” على أهمية التعاون والشراكة من أجل تحقيق تعليم نوعي للجميع ، وعلى أن المعلم هو حجر الأساس في تطوير العملية التعليمية.
وتطرقت سعادة الوزير في كلمتها للبرامج التي نفذتها وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي من أجل تدريب وتأهيل المعلمين، وخاصة في مجال توظيف التكنولوجيا في التعليم لدعم التحول الرقمي، وذلك من أجل تحقيق الجودة في التعليم.
وقد سلطت سعادة وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي ، الضوء على الجهود المبذولة، والإنجازات، والتطلعات المستقبلية في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني، والتعليم التقني، والتدريب المهني.
وعلى هامش المنتدى، استقبل فخامة السيد رستام مينيخانوف رئيس جمهورية تتارستان، سعادة السيدة بثينة بنت علي الجبر النعيمي وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي.
وجرى خلال المقابلة استعراض علاقات التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين في قطاع التعليم والسبل الكفيلة بدعمها وتطويرها.
كما التقت سعادة وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي أيضا على هامش المنتدى مع كل من سعادة السيد سرغي كرافتسوف وزير التربية والتعليم وسعادة السيد فاليري فالكوف وزير البحث والتعليم العالي في روسيا الاتحادية وناقشت معهما على التوالي أوجه التعاون في مجال التعليم والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
هدف المنتدى الذي ترأست سعادة وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي وفد دولة قطر فيه خلال الفترة من 7 إلى 9 يونيو الجاري، إلى مناقشة القضايا ذات الأولوية في تطوير التعليم، وإتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال التعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني، وصياغة توجهات الرؤية العالمية في بناء المستقبل، وتنمية المهارات الرقمية بالمجال التربوي في سياق التحول الرقمي.
