Ministry of Municipality Launched Three Awards to Encourage Investors in Real Estate Sector

Doha: The Ministry of Municipality launched three awards to encourage and motivate investors in the real estate sector to consider sustainability, creativity, and community service in designing and implementing their projects.
Launched during a ceremony to honor the sponsors and supporters of the first edition of Qatar Real Estate Forum 2023 in the presence of HE Minister of Municipality Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, the awards include Sustainability Award, Design Creativity Award, and Community Service Award (companies).
The Ministry of Municipality stated that the awards’ conditions and criteria will be announced in the coming days, and that winners will be announced in the second edition of Qatar Real Estate Forum next year.
The first day of Qatar Real Estate Forum 2023, in which a number of Their Excellencies ministers and CEOs of a number of real estate companies and actors from inside and outside the State of Qatar participated, held four discussion sessions and two workshops, in addition to an accompanying exhibition with the latest global technologies used in the field of engineering and technology and the sustainable real estate industry, in which key government institutions and private sector companies operating in the real estate industry in the State of Qatar took part.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة البلدية عن إطلاق ثلاث جوائز لتشجيع وتحفيز المستثمرين في القطاع العقاري على مراعاة الاستدامة والإبداع، وخدمة المجتمع في تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريعهم.
وتشمل الجوائز، التي تم إطلاقها خلال حفل تكريم الرعاة والداعمين للنسخة الأولى من منتدى قطر العقاري 2023 بحضور سعادة الدكتور عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز بن تركي السبيعي وزير البلدية، جائزة الاستدامة، وجائزة الإبداع التصميمي، وجائزة الخدمة المجتمعية (الشركات).
وأوضحت وزارة البلدية أنه سيتم الإعلان عن شروط ومعايير هذه الجوائز خلال الأيام المقبلة، على أن يتم الإعلان عن الفائزين في النسخة الثانية من منتدى قطر العقاري العام المقبل.
وشهد اليوم الأول من منتدى قطر العقاري الأول 2023، الذي شارك به عدد من أصحاب السعادة الوزراء والرؤساء التنفيذين لعدد من الشركات العقارية والشخصيات الفاعلة من داخل دولة قطر وخارجها، تنظيم أربع جلسات نقاشية وورشتي عمل، إلى جانب إقامة معرض مصاحب يعرض أحدث التقنيات العالمية المستخدمة في مجال الهندسة والتكنولوجيا، وصناعة العقار المستدام، بمشاركة أبرز المؤسسات الحكومية، وشركات القطاع الخاص العاملة في صناعة العقار بدولة قطر.
