Qatari International Search and Rescue Group Starts Relief Operations in Turkey’s Quake-Affected Areas

Gaziantep: Qatari international search and rescue group of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) started search and rescue operations, in coordination with the Turkish local authorities, in the earthquake-affected areas in southern Turkey.
The Qatari rescue group is supported by specialized mechanisms and equipment, in addition to a field hospital, relief aid, tents and winter supplies.
The Qatari international search and rescue group arrived at Adana airport in Turkey, on Tuesday, coinciding the arrival of the first flights of the air bridge allocated by the State of Qatar to support the sisterly Republic of Turkey to confront the earthquake disaster.

غازي عنتاب: باشرت مجموعة البحث والإنقاذ القطرية الدولية التابعة لقوة “لخويا” عمليات البحث والإنقاذ، بالتنسيق مع السلطات المحلية التركية في المواقع المنكوبة جراء الزلزال الذي ضرب جنوب تركيا قبل يومين.
وتشارك المجموعة في عمليات البحث والإنقاذ معززة بآليات ومعدات متخصصة، بالإضافة إلى مستشفى ميداني، ومساعدات إغاثية، وخيم ومستلزمات شتوية.
وكانت مجموعة البحث والإنقاذ القطرية الدولية قد وصلت إلى مطار أضنة التركي، أمس الثلاثاء، بالتزامن مع وصول أولى رحلات الجسر الجوي الذي خصصته دولة قطر لدعم الجمهورية التركية الشقيقة لمواجهة كارثة الزلزال.
