‘Qatar Demonstrated Exceptional Capabilities in Organizing the Tournament’

Doha: Several Parliamentarians confirmed that the State of Qatar has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in organizing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and offered an honorable image for the region, promoted the cultural communication among peoples and nations, and disrupted all misinformation and smear campaigns that managed to underestimate its organizational capabilities.

In his statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), the member of the Yemeni parliament and President of the League of Parliamentarians for Al Quds Sheikh Hamid bin Abdullah Al Ahmar said that the State of Qatar has presented an honorable image to the Arabs and Muslims through the impressive organization of the world cup, and succeeded in countering the misinformation campaigns that are intended to distort this tournament which is organized for the first time in the Middle East.

It is not strange for the State of Qatar to have this superb and impressive organization for the world cup tournament and present an honorable image for the Arabs and Muslims, in addition to introducing the Arab and Islamic culture to the world, and every visitor to the State of Qatar realizes how the State of Qatar boasts of its Arab and Islamic culture and identity, and its keenness to introduce this culture and identity to the world with its openness, in addition to welcoming all authentic cultures and traditions of different peoples of the world, Sheikh Hamid bin Abdullah Al Ahmar added.

President of the League of Parliamentarians for Al Quds noted the State of Qatar’s supporting position in espousing the causes of the nation, including the Palestinian cause, adding that the nation’s cause along with the Palestinian cause, and the Jerusalem’s cause are always present in various arenas, as the State of Qatar undertakes a vital role in supporting the Palestinian people and the Jerusalemites.

For his part, HE member of the Indonesian parliament and Deputy-Chairman of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC) Dr. Fadli Zon said that the State of Qatar offers an exceptional world cup tournament, in addition to promoting the spirit of the cultural and civilized communication among the world peoples through this tournament, condemning the racial campaigns unleashed against this tournament which is organized for the first time in an Arab and Muslim state.

HE Dr. Zon lauded the sports infrastructure the State of Qatar built for the tournament, which included eight stadiums. He outlined the cultural messages the State of Qatar conveyed through this global event to promote the superb image of Islam and reduce the intentional smear campaigns unleashed against this religion.

His Excellency noted that the campaigns that target Qatar’s tournament reflect the western double standards, while some circles in the west are trying to impose their culture on others, adding that this actually demonstrates that they do not accept the culture of others.

For her part, HE head of the Romanian Parliamentary Friendship Group with State of Qatar Mirela Furtuna congratulated the State of Qatar for the exceptional organizational capabilities showcased during World Cup 2022, underlining that this edition of the tournament is the best so far.

Her Excellency pointed out that the State of Qatar has succeeded in hosting and organizing the tournament, in addition to offering a conducive environment for the visitors from different cultures who enjoy security, safety, respect and appreciation, adding that this tournament is distinguished, and it does not matter who will win in the end, but the most important thing is respect for the culture of this country, including its laws and values, as the State of Qatar has proven its capability to organize and has demonstrated that it can gather people from diverse cultures safely and securely.

She added that there is numerous fake news and misinformation about the tournament, and people must not focus on fake news, because when anyone intends to hold a major event, it will indubitably trouble others. She also pointed out that the State of Qatar is a reliable mediator in establishing peace and stability in the region and the world, and has already succeeded in proving its organizational capabilities for the sporting events.

The fake news will diminish, while this beautiful impression and the traces left by this tournament will remain for those who love football, including the entire world, she said, hailing the level of relations between her country and the State of Qatar, underlining Romania’s desire to pursue further development of relations and opening major cooperation prospects in various fields, such as information technology, agriculture and natural gas, adding that the two countries should work together and enhance the investment opportunities, including Balkan states.

الدوحة: أكد برلمانيون أن دولة قطر أظهرت قدرات استثنائية في تنظيم كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022، وقدمت صورة مشرفة للمنطقة، وعززت من التواصل الثقافي والحضاري بين الشعوب والأمم، وأفشلت كل محاولات التشويه والتضليل التي حاولت الانتقاص من قدراتها التنظيمية.

وقال سعادة السيد حميد بن عبدالله الأحمر عضو مجلس النواب اليمني رئيس رابطة /برلمانيون لأجل القدس/، في تصريح لوكالة الأنباء القطرية /قنا/ إن دولة قطر قدمت صورة مشرفة للعرب والمسلمين، عبر تنظيمها المبهر لبطولة كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022، ونجحت في مواجهة الحملات المضللة الهادفة لتشويه هذا المونديال، الذي ينظم للمرة الأولى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

وأضاف الأحمر في تصريحه “ليس بغريب على دولة قطر هذا التنظيم الرائع والمبهر لبطولة كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022، وتقديم صورة مشرفة للعرب والمسلمين، وتعريف العالم بثقافتنا العربية والإسلامية”، لافتا إلى أن كل زائر لدولة قطر يلمس مدى اعتزاز دولة قطر بهويتها وثقافتها العربية الإسلامية، وحرصها على أن يتعرف العالم على هذه الثقافة وهذه الهوية، مع انفتاحها وترحيبها بكل الثقافات والتقاليد العريقة لمختلف شعوب العالم.

ونوه رئيس /رابطة برلمانيون لأجل القدس/ بمواقف قطر الداعمة والمناصرة لقضايا الأمة، ومنها قضية فلسطين قائلا “إن قضايا الأمة ومنها القضية الفلسطينية وقضية القدس حاضرة دائما في وجدان كل قطري في مختلف المحافل، وتضطلع دولة قطر بدور مهم في دعم الشعب الفلسطيني ودعم المقدسيين”.

من جانبه، قال سعادة الدكتور فضلي زون عضو مجلس النواب الإندونيسي نائب رئيس المنظمة العالمية للبرلمانيين ضد الفساد (GOPAC)، إن دولة قطر تقدم للعالم بطولة استثنائية من مونديال العالم لكرة القدم، إلى جانب تعزيز روح التواصل الحضاري والثقافي بين شعوب العالم من خلال هذه البطولة.. مستنكرا الحملات العنصرية ضد هذا المونديال الذي ينظم للمرة الأولى في بلد عربي مسلم.

وأشاد سعادة الدكتور زون بالبنية التحتية الرياضية التي وفرتها دولة قطر، من أجل هذه البطولة، ومن ضمنها الملاعب الرياضية الثمانية التي تعد مفخرة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط برمتها، منوها في الوقت ذاته بالرسائل الحضارية والثقافية التي حرصت دولة قطر على التأكيد عليها خلال هذه التظاهرة الرياضية العالمية، مما يعزز الصورة الرائعة للإسلام ويحد من حملات التشويه المتعمد لهذا الدين.

وقال سعادته إن الحملات التي تستهدف مونديال قطر تعكس ازدواجية المعايير الغربية.. وقال “البعض في الغرب يحاول فرض ثقافته على الآخرين، وهذا يعكس عدم تقبل هؤلاء لثقافة الآخر”.

من جانبها، هنأت سعادة السيدة ميريلا فورتونا رئيس لجنة الصداقة القطرية الرومانية بالبرلمان الروماني، دولة قطر على القدرات التنظيمية الاستثنائية لبطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم 2022.. مؤكدة أن هذه النسخة من البطولة هي الأفضل حتى الآن.

ولفتت سعادتها في تصريح مماثل لـ/قنا/ إلى أن دولة قطر نجحت في الاستضافة والتنظيم وتهيئة أجواء لزوارها من مختلف الثقافات والأعراق والذين يحظون بالأمن والأمان والاحترام والتقدير.

وأضافت “هذه البطولة متميزة، ولا يهم من يفوز في النهاية، لكن الأهم هو أن أحترم ثقافة هذا البلد وقوانينه وقيمه، ودولة قطر أثبتت قدرتها على التنظيم، وبرهنت على أنه يمكنها جمع أناس من ثقافات مختلفة، يقيمون هنا في سلام وأمان واحترام، وهذا أمر في غاية الأهمية”.

وتابعت “هناك الكثير من الأخبار الزائفة والمضللة حول المونديال، ولا يجب أن نلتفت لهذا التزييف، ولا شك أنه عندما تريد إقامة حدث كبير، فستزعج شخصا آخر، لكن لا يهم، يجب أن نحترم بعضنا، وعلينا أن نعامل الجميع باحترام، دون انتقاص أو تزييف”.

ونوهت البرلمانية الرومانية إلى أن دولة قطر هي وسيط موثوق لإحلال السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة والعالم، ونجحت في إثبات قدراتها التنظيمية للفعاليات الرياضية.. وقالت “ستتلاشى الأخبار الزائفة، وسيبقى هذا الانطباع الجميل الذي تتركه البطولة لدى عشاق كرة القدم ولدى العالم أجمع”.

وأشادت سعادتها بمستوى العلاقات بين بلادها ودولة قطر مؤكدة رغبة رومانيا في مزيد من تطوير العلاقات وفتح آفاق لتعاون أكبر في مجالات مختلفة، مثل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والزراعة والغاز الطبيعي.. وقالت “يجب أن نعمل معا، ونعزز فرص الاستثمار بين دولة قطر ودول البلقان”.
