Katara Continues its Cultural Events, Artistic, Heritage Performances Associated With Tournament

Doha: The Cultural Village Foundation-Katara continues organizing the cultural events and the artistic and heritage performances associated with FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
On Tuesday, Katara witnessed one of the exceptional joy evenings adorned with the utmost pleasure triggered by the historic victory of the Saudi football team against the Argentina football team in the match that took place Tuesday.
on the other hand, the Calligraphers’ booths located in building 5 in Katara is witnessing a substantial number of visitors from the Arab and foreign nationalities, where the artists are showcasing the paintings carrying the names of visitors with a wide range of Arabic calligraphies, along with sand drawing.
The Calligrapher Mohamed Ibrahim said that he presents a variety of paintings and works as per people’s demand by focusing on the white and black colors, hoping that his participation in these events will be an opportunity to introduce the Arabic calligraphy which is one of the prominent characteristics of the Arabic and Islamic culture and identity.
In addition, Henna designs corner at square opposite to the Fort witnessed a high turnout where significant numbers of female visitors of the Cultural Village ventured out there, specially from the foreign nationalities who were happy and upbeat to go through this experience, expressing their interest in having a glimpse of the Arabic culture and heritage with its all details.
The masses also reacted to the ornamental music plays performed by one of the Arabic music bands that attracted a substantial number of visitors.

الدوحة: تواصل المؤسسة العامة للحي الثقافي “كتارا” تنظيم فعالياتها الثقافية وعروضها الفنية والتراثية، المصاحبة لبطولة كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022.
وشهدت “كتارا” يوم أمس، أمسية استثنائية من أمسيات الفرح الغامر أشعلها الفوز التاريخي للمنتخب السعودي على نظيره الأرجنتيني في المباراة التي جرت بينهما اليوم.
ومن جهة أخرى، تحظى أكشاك الخطاطين الواقعة وراء المبنى (5) في كتارا بإقبال كبير من الزوار من الجنسيات العربية والأجنبية، حيث يقدم الفنانون لوحات بأسماء الزوار بمختلف أنواع الخط العربي بالإضافة إلى الرسم بالرمال.
وقال الخطاط محمد إبراهيم: “أقدّم لوحات متنوعة وأعمالاً مختلفة حسب طلب الناس وأركّز على استعمال اللونين الأبيض والأسود، ونرجو أن تكون مشاركتنا في هذه الفعاليات فرصة لنعرّف بالخط العربي الذي يعد من أبرز خصائص الثقافة والهوية العربية الإسلامية”.
كما شهد ركن الحناء في الساحة المقابلة للنافورة إقبالاً كبيراً من قبل زائرات الحي الثقافي وخاصة من الجنسيات الأجنبية حيث أبدين سعادتهن بخوض هذه التجربة، ومعبرات عن اهتمامهن بالتعرّف على الثقافة والتراث العربي بكل تفاصيله.
وضمن أنشطة فنون الشارع تفاعل الجمهور مع معزوفات موسيقية شرقية قدّمتها إحدى الفرق الموسيقية العربية وجذبت إليها حضوراً كبيراً من الزوار.
وجذبت النافورة في ساحة الحكمة زوار “كتارا” حيث تم تقديم عروض دمجت بين الموسيقى والمياه الراقصة مع انعكاس الأضواء على مباني كتارا المحيطة بها وإبهار الألعاب النارية.
يشار إلى أن فعاليات المؤسسة العامة للحي الثقافي “كتارا” المصاحبة لكأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022 ستتواصل إلى 18 ديسمبر المقبل.
