Doha: In this report, we explain to you everything you need to enjoy the World Cup atmosphere:

1- Entering the country:

The Hayya card is a requirement to enter the country as of Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

2- passport:

To enter the State of Qatar, visitors will need an approved Hayya card, and they must meet all passport and customs requirements.

3- Stadiums entry:

The Hayya card is a must for stadium entry in addition to the match ticket, and the card will allow you to use public transportation for free.

4- Arriving at the airport:

** For HIA:

Most of the flights will land at Hamad International Airport

– Passengers arriving at Hamad International Airport can use the Doha Metro Red Line directly.

– Fans arriving at Hamad International Airport can enjoy direct bus service to and from fan villages in (Barwa Madinatna), (Barwa Barahat Al Janoub), and floating hotels in Doha Port.

** For DIA:

– The airport is located 15 minutes from downtown Doha and 30 minutes from most stadiums.

– The arrivals building is connected to Doha via the National Museum metro station – Golden Line (only 800 meters away) buses, limousines, taxis, and car rental offices are also available.

5- Arrival by land:

It is possible to enter the State of Qatar through the land borders through the Abu Samra port during the period from November 1 to December 23, through one of the following three options:

** Entry to Qatar by bus:

Where buses are provided for fans from inside the Saudi borders, then to the Saudi Salwa port, then to the Abu Samra border port, and from the Abu Samra port, another bus is used to the Al-Qalayel area for reception by family and friends, or to the Messila area in Doha.

** Entry to Qatar by private vehicle:

According to the terms and conditions, the passengers must obtain a Hayya cardholder and the driver has a hotel reservation, the request is submitted through the Hayya platform, as well as paying the insurance and fees.

** One-day visit to Qatar:

Where the vehicle is parked in the parking spaces designated for visitors inside the Abu Samra port and then transferred by bus to the Al-Qalayel area or to the Al-Masila area

6- Arriving by sea:

Qatar Tourism Authority schedules charter cruise ships that will be stationed at Hamad Port, and all travel arrangements for cruise ships will be organized by the cruise operators.

7- Do you need to test for corona before coming to Qatar?

You will not need to be tested for Coronavirus before coming to Qatar.

You will need to show an Ehter application within health institutions only.

9- Important applications:

The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy recommends downloading the Hayya to Qatar 2022 application.

– You can download some other useful applications such as Qatar Tourism .. VISIT QATAR, Qatar Rail, Karwa Taxi, and HIA Qatar.

10- Countries that allow you to enter through the Hayya card:

A number of neighboring countries announced that Hayya card holders can enter their territories as well: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman, and Jordan

11- In-Doha transport to the World Cup stadiums:

From November 10 to December 23, ticket holders can use their digital Hayya card to travel on the metro for free.

12- When is the Hayya card effective? And the last date to stay in the country?

The Hayya pass became effective from 1 November and a fan can stay in the country until 23 January 2023.

13 – What is the last date for entering Qatar with the Hayya card?

The last entry for fans to Qatar with the Hayya World Cup ticket is on December 23.

14- Activities accompanying the World Cup

The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy announced the details of the entertainment and cultural events accompanying the Qatar 2022 World Cup, including places, dates, and the way to enter free of charge or to book tickets. Some authorities also organize accompanying events such as Katara, Qatar Foundation, and Qatar Museums.

15- SIMs:

Telecom operators Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar provide free SIMs to World Cup fans which can be easily activated through their stores.

الدوحة: في هذا التقرير، نوضح لك ما تحتاجه للاستمتاع بالأجواء المونديالية للبطولة:

1- دخول الدولة

تعد بطاقة هيّا شرطاً لدخول البلاد اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء 1 نوفمبر 2022

2- جواز السفر

لدخول دولة قطر، سيحتاج الزائر إلى بطاقة هَيّا تم الموافقة عليها، واستيفاء كافة متطلبات الجوازات والجمارك.

3- دخول الملاعب

تُعتبر بطاقة هَيّا شرطاً لدخول الملاعب إلى جانب تذكرة المباراة، وسوف تتيح لكم البطاقة استخدام وسائل المواصلات العامة مجاناً.

4- القدوم عن طريق المطار

** بالنسبة لمطار حمد الدولي :

– ستحط أغلب الرحلات في مطار حمد الدولي

– يُمكن للمسافرين القادمين إلى مطار حمد الدولي استخدام الخط الأحمر لمترو الدوحة مباشرة.

– يتمتع المشجعون الذين يصلون إلى مطار حمد الدولي بخدمة الحافلات المباشرة من وإلى قرى المشجعين في (بروة مدينتنا)، و(بروة براحة الجنوب)، والفنادق العائمة في ميناء الدوحة.

** بالنسبة لمطار الدوحة الدولي

– يقع المطار على بعد 15 دقيقة من وسط مدينة الدوحة و30 دقيقة من معظم الملاعب.

– يرتبط مبنى القادمين بمدينة الدوحة عبر محطة مترو “المتحف الوطني” – الخط الذهبي (على بعد 800 متر فقط) وتتوفر أيضاً الحافلات وسيارات الليموزين وسيارات الأجرة ومكاتب تأجير السيارات.

5- القدوم عن طريق البر

يمكن الدخول إلى دولة قطر عبر الحدود البرية من خلال منفذ أبو سمرة خلال الفترة من 1 نوفمبر حتى 23 ديسمبر، عن طريق أحد الخيارات الثلاثة التالية:

** الدخول إلى قطر باستخدام الحافلة:

حيث يتم توفير حافلات للمشجعين من داخل الحدود السعودية ثم إلى منفذ سلوى السعودي ثم إلى منفذ أبو سمرة الحدودي ومن منفذ أبو سمرة يتم استخدام حافلة أخرى إلى منطقة القلايل للاستقبال من جانب الأهل والأصدقاء أو إلى منطقة المسيلة بالدوحة.

** الدخول إلى قطر بالمركبة الخاصة:

حسب الضوابط والشروط يجب أن يكون الركاب من حاملي بطاقة هيا والسائق لديه حجز فندقي ويتم تقديم الطلب عبر منصة هيا ودفع التأمين والرسوم.

** زيارة قطر ليوم واحد:

حيث يتم ركن المركبة في المواقف المخصصة للزوار بداخل منفذ أبو سمرة ثم الانتقال بالحافلات إلى منطقة القلايل أو إلى منطقة المسيلة

6- القدوم عن طريق البحر

يحدد جهاز قطر للسياحة مواعيد السفن السياحية المستأجرة التي ستتمركز في ميناء حمد، وسيتم تنظيم جميع ترتيبات السفر الخاصة بالسفن السياحية من قبل مشغلي الرحلات البحرية.

7- هل تحتاج لفحص كورونا قبل القدوم إلى قطر ؟

لن تحتاج إلى فحص كورونا قبل القدوم إلى قطر.

8- تطبيق احتراز

ستحتاج إلى إبراز تطبيق احتراز داخل المؤسسات الصحية فقط.

9- تطبيقات هامة

– تنصح اللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث بتحميل تطبيق (Hayya to Qatar 2022)

– يمكن تحميل بعض التطبيقات الأخرى المفيدة لك مثل : قطر للسياحة.. VISIT QATAR وقطر ريل.. QATAR RAIL وتاكسي كروه.. KARWA TAXI ومطار حمد الدولي.. HIA Qatar.

10- الدول التي تتيح لك الدخول عبر بطاقة هيا

أعلنت عدد من الدول الشقيقة أنه يمكن لحاملي بطاقة هيا القدوم إليها وهي: المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان والأردن .

11- التنقل داخل الدوحة إلى ملاعب كأس العالم

في الفترة من 10 نوفمبر إلى 23 ديسمبر، يمكن لحاملي التذاكر استخدام بطاقة هَيّا الرقمية الخاصة بهم للتنقل مجاناً بواسطة المترو.

12- متى تكون بطاقة هيا فعالة؟ وآخر موعد للبقاء في البلاد؟

أصبحت بطاقة هيا فعالة من 1 نوفمبر ويمكن للمشجع البقاء في البلاد حتى 23 يناير 2023.

13 – ما هو آخر موعد لدخول قطر ببطاقة هيا؟

آخر دخول للجماهير إلى قطر ببطاقة هيا كأس العالم في 23 ديسمبر.

14- الفعاليات المصاحبة لكأس العالم

أعلنت اللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث عن تفاصيل الفعاليات الترفيهية والثقافية المصاحبة لبطولة كأس العالم قطر 2022، وتشمل الأماكن والمواعيد وطريقة الدخول مجاناً أو بحجز تذاكر كما تنظم بعض الجهات فعاليات مصاحبة مثل كتارا ومؤسسة قطر ومتاحف قطر.

15- شرائح الاتصالات

توفر شركات الاتصالات Ooredoo وفودافون قطر شرائح مجانية لمشجعي كأس العالم ويمكن تفعليها بسهولة عبر متاجرها المنتشرة.
