The most prominent decisions to be implemented on Tuesday

Doha: As the countdown to the start of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 begins, the first of November will witness the implementation of a number of important decisions of interest to citizens, residents and fans of the first World Cup in the Arab region.

As of next Tuesday, corresponding to November 1, 2021, the following decisions will be applied:

The new Government and working hours

**Government Working Hours

The official spokesman for the Government Communications Office, Dr. Muhammad Noimi Al-Hajri, said that as of Tuesday, the first of November, until Monday, December 19, 2022, the number of employees present in government workplaces will be reduced to 20% of the total number of employees for each entity, while 80% of the total number of employees in each entity will start working remotely.

As for the timing of work according to the new system, Al-Hajri explained that it will be from 7 am to 11 am, and the military, security, health, and educational sectors are excluded from these decisions, emphasizing that vital services in the country will not be affected.

The official spokesperson of the Government Communications Office also noted that the Doha Corniche was designated for pedestrians in order to ensure and follow up on the progress of the events accompanying the World Cup from November 1 to December 19, 2022.

**Educational Sector

“Al-Hajri” said that the educational sector decided that working hours in public and private schools will be from 7 am to 12 pm starting November 1 to November 17, 2022, for employees and students in public and private schools that apply national standards, provided that the mid-year vacation starts November 20 to December 22 of this year.

As for the private sector

The official spokesman for the Government Communications Office stated that the private sector will carry out its normal business during the World Cup period.

** Qatar entry is for three categories only

As of November 1, entry to the State of Qatar will be restricted to Hayya card holders, in addition to citizens and residents, as Qatar will witness the entry of the first Hayya card holders.

Ehteraz and masks wearing

As of Tuesday, November 1, 2022, until further notice, the Council of Ministers decided the following:

1- Amending its decision issued at its 19 ordinary meeting of 2022 held on May 18 2022, regarding the obligation to activate the EHTERAZ application when leaving the house and verifying the green code in the aforementioned application when entering closed public places, so that the obligation to activate Ehteraz and green code verification when entering health facilities only.

2- Continuing to implement the Council’s decision issued at its regular meeting (36) for the year 2022 held on October 19, 2022, regarding obligating all citizens, residents and visitors to wear masks if they are inside health facilities only, and obligating all employees and workers whose nature of work requires presence in Closed places and dealing with customers while wearing masks during their work period.

ومع بداية الدقائق الأولى من يوم الثلاثاء المقبل الموافق لـ 1 نوفمبر 2021 ستطبق القرارات التالية:

العمل بالتوقيت الجديد للدوامات والمدارس

**الدوام الحكومي

قال المتحدث الرسمي لمكتب الاتصال الحكومي الدكتور محمد نويمي الهاجري إنه اعتبارا من الثلاثاء الموافق الأول من نوفمبر القادم وحتى يوم الإثنين 19 ديسمبر 2022، سيتم تقليص عدد الموظفين المتواجدين في جهات العمل الحكومية إلى 20% من إجمالي عدد الموظفين لكل جهة، فيما سيباشر 80% من الموظفين عملهم عن بعد.

وبالنسبة لتوقيت العمل وفق النظام الجديد، فأوضح ” الهاجري” أنه سيكون من الساعة 7 صباحا إلى 11 صباحا ويستثني من هذه القرارات القطاعات العسكرية والأمنية والصحية والتعليمية، مع التأكيد على عدم تأثر الخدمات الحيوية في الدولة.

كما نوه المتحدث الرسمي لمكتب الاتصال الحكومي، بتخصيص كورنيش الدوحة للمشاة من أجل ضمان ومتابعة سير الفعاليات المصاحبة للمونديال بداية من الأول من نوفمبر وحتى 19 ديسمبر من العام 2022.

**القطاع التعليمي

و قال ” الهاجري” إن نظام العمل في القطاع التعليمي، تقرر أن يكون الدوام في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بداية من الأول من نوفمبر وحتى 17 من نوفمبر 2022، للموظفين والطلاب في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة التي تطبق المعايير الوطنية من الساعة7 صباحا إلى 12 ظهرا، على أن تكون أجازة منتصف العام الأكاديمي من تاريخ 20 نوفمبر وحتى 22 ديسمبر لهذا العام.

**القطاع الخاص

وأوضح المتحدث الرسمي لمكتب الاتصال الحكومي، أن القطاع الخاص سيمارس أعماله الاعتيادية أثناء فترة كأس العالم.

** دخول قطر لثلاث فئات فقط

اعتبارًا من 1 نوفمبر المقبل سيكون دخول دولة قطر محصورًا لحاملي بطاقة هيّا بالإضافة للمواطنين والمُقيمين، حيث ستشهد قطر دخول أول مشجع من حاملي بطاقة هيا.

**تفعيل احتراز وارتداء الكمامات

قرر مجلس الوزراء اعتبارا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 1 / 11 / 2022، وذلك حتى إشعار آخر ما يلي:

1- تعديل قراره الصادر في اجتماعه العادي (19) لعام 2022 المنعقد 18 / 5 / 2022، بشأن الإلزام بتفعيل تطبيق احتراز (EHTERAZ) عند الخروج من المنزل والتحقق من الرمز الأخضر في التطبيق المذكور عند دخول الأماكن العامة المغلقة، ليكون الإلزام بتفعيل التطبيق والتحقق من الرمز الأخضر عند دخول المنشآت الصحية فقط.

2- استمرار العمل بقرار المجلس الصادر في اجتماعه العادي (36) لعام 2022 المنعقد بتاريخ 19 / 10 / 2022، بشأن إلزام جميع المواطنين والمقيمين والزائرين بارتداء الكمامات في حالة تواجدهم داخل المنشآت الصحية فقط، وإلزام جميع الموظفين والعاملين الذين تتطلب طبيعة عملهم التواجد في الأماكن المغلقة والتواصل مع العملاء بارتداء الكمامات أثناء فترة عملهم.
