MoEHE determines the working hours in public schools

Doha: The Education Affairs Sector of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education has issued a circular to public schools’ principals regarding the schedule of the school day for the kindergarten stage, and for all grades from the first to the twelfth, starting October 30 to November 3.

According to the circular, kindergarten students’ school day starts at 7:10 am, and it is divided into two periods: the first extends until 9:10 am and includes two sessions, and the second starts from 10 am to 11:45 am and also includes two sessions so that students are dismissed between 11:45 am to 12:00 pm.

As for the school hours for the first to the twelfth (Sunday to Thursday), it starts at 7:10 am and ends at 11:45 am. The school schedule consists of 6 sessions, each session’s duration from the first to the third period is 45 minutes, and the sessions from the fourth to the sixth are 40 minutes per session.

الدوحة: أصدرَ قطاعُ الشؤون التعليمية بوزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، تعميمًا إلى مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية، بشأن الجدول الزمني لليوم الدراسي لمرحلة رياض الأطفال، ولجميع الصفوف من الأوَّل إلى الثاني عشر في الفترة ما بين ٣٠ أكتوبر وحتى ٣ نوفمبر. ووفقًا للتعميم يبدأ دوام الطلاب في مرحلة رياض الأطفال الساعة 7:10 صباحًا، ويُقسم إلى فترتَين: الأولى تمتد حتى 9:10 صباحًا، تتضمن حصتَين دراسيتَين، أما الفترة الثانية تبدأ من 10 صباحًا وحتى 11:45 صباحًا، وتتضمن أيضًا حصتَين، ليكون موعد انصراف الطلبة من 11:45 إلى 12 ظهرًا.

أما دوام الصفوف من الأوَّل وحتى الثاني عشر (من الأحد إلى الخميس)، فيبدأ في تمام الساعة 7:10 صباحًا وينتهي في تمام الساعة 11:45 صباحًا، ويتضمن الجدول المدرسي 6 حصص، زمنُ كل حصة من الأولى للحصة الثالثة 45 دقيقة، والحصص من الرابعة للسادسة ٤٠ دقيقة للحصة الواحدة.
