Estithmar Holding signs an MOU with the Directorate of Health and Population of the state of Algeria to establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital, a 400-bed capacity facility in the capital Algiers.
Estithmar Holding announced the signing of an MOU with the Directorate of Health and Population for the state of Algeria to establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital, a 400-bed capacity medical facility in Algiers through a partnership with Elegancia Healthcare.
This comes after the directives of leaders of the State of Qatar and The Republic of Algeria to enrich the relation between the countries and enhance the development of the healthcare sector in Algeria under Estithmar’s strategic planning in market expansions. The MOU was signed by Mr. Lehalali Lehalali, Director of Health and Population of Algeria and Mr. Mohamed Moataz Al-Khayyat, Chairman of Estithmar Holding.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Mohamed Moataz Al-Khayyat said: “To reflect the depth of the relationship between the two countries and based on our international expansion strategy, Elegancia Healthcare will establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital, a 400-bed medical facility in Algiers.”

أعلنت استثمار القابضة عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع مديرية الصحة والسكان لولاية الجزائر بهدف إنشاء المستشفى القطري الجزائري بسعة ٤٠٠ سرير في العاصمة الجزائر من خلال شركتها المتخصصة بالرعاية الصحية الغانسيا هيلث كير.
تأتي هذه الخطوة استنادا إلى توجيهات القيادات الحكيمة بكل من دولة قطر و الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية حرصاً على إثراء العلاقات بين البلدين والحرص المتواصل على تطوير القطاع الصحي في الجزائر و ضمن استراتيجة عمل استثمار القابضة في التوسع الدولي، حيث قام بتوقيع المذكرة السيد لهلالي لهلالي مدير الصحة والسكان لولاية الجزائر و السيد محمد معتز الخياط رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة استثمار القابضة وبحضور كل من سعادة عبد العزيز علي النعمة، سفير دولة قطر لدى الجزائر ومعالي عبد الحق سايحي وزير الصحة الجزائري .
تعليقا على هذه المناسبة قال السيد محمد معتز الخياط رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة استثمار القابضة ” تجسيدا لعمق العلاقة بين البلدين وانطلاقا من استراتيجية عملنا بالتوسع الدولي ستقوم الغانسيا للرعاية الصحية بإنشاء المستشفى القطري الجزائري بسعة ٤٠٠ سرير علاوة على إجراء تقييم مشترك للقطاع الصحي الجزائري وتقديم سبل الدعم في هذا المجال.”
