Msheireb Museums Hosts Different Events on FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

Doha: Msheireb Museums is participating in the promotional campaign to support the Qatari national team at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, in cooperation with a number of entities, including the Qatar Football Association (QFA), Shell Qatar and other entities.

Msheireb Properties’ Director of Marketing and Communication Dr. Hafez Ali said in a special statement to Qatar news agency (QNA) that these events will be hosted by Al-Annabi village at the Company House in Msheireb Museums, and will consist of some games, in addition to an exhibition that lists the history of the achievements of the Qatari national team and the pioneers of Qatari football and the qualitative shift that occurred in the practice of the game leading up to the organization of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

He added that the aim of the event and the exhibition is to create an encouraging platform for the audience and fans of Al-Annabi by young people and school students who will get acquainted with the history of the national team with everything related to it, both in terms of its history, players and achievements, noting that the audience coming to the State of Qatar, in turn, will get acquainted with the achievements of Qatari football.

He pointed out that the exhibition celebrates the achievements of the pioneers, stressing that Msheireb Properties cares for in the Qatari people in building their society, identity and achievements in all fields, which develops the spirit of belonging to the homeland and raising it in all fields, whether sports, economic, social or cultural.

Dr. Hafez Ali appreciated the cooperation with the QFA during the ceremony to announce the details of the promotional campaign to support the Qatari national team in the World Cup.

He added that he upcoming period will see Msheireb, the New Centre of Doha, host many events for Qatari fans, the most important of which will be held at the Company House sponsored by Shell Qatar, which is a great occasion for Qatari fans, residents alike, and visitors from all over the world to enjoy these events to be held in November 2022 with the World Cup approaching.

He highlighted that the fans of the Qatari national team will be on a date with distinguished events in cooperation with the QFA and Shell Qatar, where many fruitful meetings were held to reach a consensual formula for this cooperation, which is the first of its kind, pointing to the aspirations of everyone to continue this cooperation in all tournaments in which the national team participates, both inside and outside Qatar.

He continued that the origins of visitors to the Company House belong to the Qatari city of Dukhan, which witnessed the first launch of football in the State of Qatar, in addition to highlighting the Heritage Quarters as an important tourist destination in the heart of Doha, and a major center for introducing Qatari culture and history to all fans of the World Cup, which emphasizes the symbolism of the events celebrating the national team, its football history and continuous achievements, culminating in its first participation in the World Cup finals.

Msheireb Museums is the new cultural destination that reflects the history of four heritage houses that were restored in the Heritage Quarters as part of the “Msheireb Heart of Doha” project, including Radwani House, Company House, bin Jalmoud House, and Mohammed bin Jassim House.

الدوحة: تشارك متاحف مشيرب في الحملة الترويجية لدعم ومؤازرة المنتخب القطري في كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022، بالتعاون مع عدد من الجهات من بينها الاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم و/شل قطر/ وجهات أخرى.

وقال الدكتور حافظ علي، رئيس إدارة التسويق والاتصال في /مشيرب العقارية/ في تصريح خاص لوكالة الأنباء القطرية /قنا/، إن هذه الفعاليات ستحتضنها قرية العنابي في /بيت الشركة/ بمتاحف مشيرب، وتتكون من بعض الألعاب، بالإضافة إلى معرض مخصص يسرد تاريخ إنجازات المنتخب القطري ورواد كرة القدم القطرية والنقلة النوعية التي حصلت في ممارسة اللعبة وصولا إلى تنظيم كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022.

وأضاف أن الهدف من الفعالية والمعرض هو خلق منصة تشجيعية للجمهور ومحبي العنابي من قبل الشباب وطلبة المدارس الذين سيتعرفون على تاريخ المنتخب بكل ما يتعلق به، سواء من حيث تاريخه ولاعبوه وإنجازاته، منوها بأن الجمهور الوافد على دولة قطر بدوره سيتعرف على إنجازات الكرة القطرية.

وبين أن المعرض يحتفي بإنجازات الرواد، مشددا على أن /مشيرب العقارية/ تهتم بالإنسان القطري في بناء مجتمعه وهويته وإنجازاته في كل المجالات، مما ينمي روح الانتماء للوطن ورفعته في كل المجالات سواء الرياضية أو الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية.

وكان الدكتور حافظ علي، رئيس إدارة التسويق والاتصال في /مشيرب العقارية/، قد ثمن التعاون مع الاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم، وذلك خلال مراسم الكشف عن تفاصيل الحملة الترويجية لدعم ومؤازرة المنتخب القطري في نهائيات كأس العالم.

وأضاف: “الفترة المقبلة ستشهد مشيرب قلب الدوحة إقامة العديد من الفعاليات للجماهير القطرية وأهمها في “بيت الشركة” برعاية /شل قطر/، وهي مناسبة رائعة للجماهير القطرية والمقيمين على حد سواء، والزوار من كافة أنحاء العالم، للاستمتاع بهذه الفعاليات، التي ستقام في شهر نوفمبر 2022 مع اقتراب تنظيم كأس العالم”.

وأشار إلى أن جماهير المنتخب القطري ستكون على موعد مع فعاليات متميزة بالتعاون مع الاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم و/شل قطر/، حيث تم عقد العديد من الاجتماعات المثمرة للوصول إلى صيغة توافقية لهذا التعاون الذي يعد الأول من نوعه، لافتا إلى تطلعات الجميع لاستمرار هذا التعاون في جميع البطولات التي يشارك فيها المنتخب الوطني سواء داخل أو خارج قطر.

وتابع: “ترجع أصول رواد /بيت الشركة/ إلى مدينة دخان القطرية، وهي المدينة التي شهدت الانطلاقة الأولى لرياضة كرة القدم في دولة قطر، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الحي التراثي كوجهة سياحية مهمة في قلب الدوحة، ومركز رئيس للتعريف بالثقافة القطرية والتاريخ القطري لكل جماهير كأس العالم، مما يؤكد على رمزية الفعاليات احتفاء بالمنتخب الوطني وتاريخه الكروي وإنجازاته المستمرة، والتي تتوج بمشاركته الأولى في نهائيات كأس العالم”.

جدير بالذكر أن متاحف مشيرب هي الوجهة الثقافية الجديدة التي تعكس تاريخ أربعة بيوت تراثية تم ترميمها في الحي التراثي ضمن مشروع “مشيرب قلب الدوحة ” وهي: /بيت الرضواني/، /بيت الشركة/، /بيت بن جلمود/ و/بيت محمد بن جاسم/.
