Doha: The benefits of the World Cup Hayya Card are not summed up as being the only gateway for fans wishing to enter Qatar, during the 2022 World Cup, but also provide several advantages to entering two Gulf countries that welcome cardholders as part of a program to support Qatar’s hosting of the global event.
** Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that it will allow the application for an entry visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the following controls:
1- Allowing “Hayya” fan card holders to enter the Kingdom ten days before the start of the World Cup after obtaining an electronic visa through the unified national visa platform.
2- Entry visa holders can reside in the Kingdom for a period of (60) days.
3- The visa holders have the right to enter and exit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia several times during the visa’s validity period.
4- Pre-entry to the State of Qatar is not required.
5- Obtaining medical insurance before coming to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
** UAE
The UAE Government Media Office has announced that Hayya Card holders will be granted a multiple-entry tourist visa. Explaining that the access grants the following:
1- Validity of entry and residence within the country for up to 90 days from the date of issuance.
2- Reduced fees to 100 dirhams only, which is to be paid once.
3- The visa allows entry to and from the UAE several times during its validity period
4- The possibility of an extension for an additional 90 days.
5- Applying for a visa starts on November 1, 2022.

الدوحة: لا تتوقف مزايا “بطاقة هيّا” المونديالية عند كونها البوابة الوحيدة للمشجعين الراغبين في الدخول إلى قطر، خلال كأس العالم 2022، بل توفر أيضاً مزايا عدة لدخول دولتين خليجيتين أعلنتا عن ترحيبهما بحاملي البطاقة ضمن برنامج لدعم استضافة قطر للحدث العالمي.
** السعودية
أعربت وزارة الخارجية السعودية أنها ستتيح طلب الحصول على تأشيرة الدخول إلى المملكة، وفقًا للضوابط التالية:
1- السماح لحاملي بطاقة مشجع (هيّا) بالدخول للمملكة قبل انطلاق بطولة كأس العالم بعشرة أيام بعد الحصول على تأشيرة إلكترونية من خلال المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للتأشيرات.
2- يمكن للحاصلين على تأشيرة الدخول الإقامة في المملكة لمدة (60) يومًا.
3- يحق للحاصلين على التأشيرة الدخول إلى المملكة والخروج منها عدة مرات خلال مدة صلاحية التأشيرة.
4- لا يشترط الدخول المسبق لدولة قطر.
5- الحصول على تأمين طبي قبل القدوم للمملكة.
** الإمارات
أعلن المكتب الإعلامي لحكومة الإمارات عن منح حاملي “بطاقة هيّا” تأشيرة سياحية متعددة الدخول. موضحاً أن التأشيرة تمنح الآتي:
1- صلاحية الدخول والإقامة داخل الدولة لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً من تاريخ إصدارها.
2- تم تخفيض الرسوم لتكون 100 درهم فقط وتدفع لمرة واحدة.
3- تتيح التأشيرة الدخول إلى الإمارات والخروج منها عدة مرات خلال مدة صلاحيتها
4- إمكانية التمديد 90 يوماً إضافية.
5- التقديم على التأشيرة يبدأ من 1 نوفمبر 2022.
