Education Ministry Opens Online Application for Professional Licenses

Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education opened the application for the professional license for school principals for the 2022/2023 academic year, starting from Sunday until Thursday, August 22.

The ministry indicated that the registration process for professional licenses would be carried out electronically via the following link: https://rukhsa.edu.gov.qa. The ministry will announce the process for the teachers’ professional license later.

The professional licensing system allows various parties to the educational process (teachers, coordinators, academic representatives, administrators, representatives for kindergarten affairs, and school principals) to submit their applications for obtaining a professional license according to their different job titles. Also, the system allows them to renew their licenses, except for the first level (a teacher).

The system allows the school principal to evaluate teachers via the evaluation form to determine the level of teacher performance in accordance with national professional standards. The professional licensing system seeks to make learning, progress, and achievement a top priority, ensuring that students reach the highest capabilities to contribute effectively in the future to the advancement of Qatari society.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي عن فتح باب التقدم للرخصة المهنية لقادة المدارس للعام الأكاديمي 2022/ 2023، وذلك ابتداء من الأحد المقبل وحتى يوم الخميس الموافق الثاني والعشرين من شهر أغسطس الجاري.

وأوضحت الوزارة أن عملية التسجيل للرخص المهنية ستتم إلكترونيا عبر الرابط التالي: https://rukhsa.edu.gov.qa، وأنه سيتم الإعلان لاحقا بعد ذلك عن الرخصة المهنية للمعلمين.

الجدير بالذكر أن نظام الرخص المهنية يسمح لمختلف أطراف العملية التعليمية (معلمين، منسقين، نواب أكاديميين، إداريين، نواب لشؤون الروضة، مديرين) بتقديم طلباتهم للحصول على الرخصة المهنية حسب اختلاف المسمى الوظيفي لديهم، كما يسمح لهم النظام بتجديد هذه الرخصة ما عدا تلك للمستوى الأول معلم. كما يسمح النظام لمدير المدرسة بتقييم المعلمين من خلال استمارة التقييم الموجودة فيه، لتحديد مستوى أداء المعلم وفق المعايير المهنية الوطنية، علما أن نظام الرخص المهنية يسعى لجعل التعلم والتقدم والتحصيل أولوية قصوى، ما يضمن وصول الطلاب إلى أعلى القدرات، ليساهموا مستقبلا بفاعلية في الارتقاء بالمجتمع القطري.
