Doha: A number of citizens and residents confirmed that the World Cup stadiums – located in Al Janoub Stadium and Al Bayt Stadium – provided sustainable recreational and sports services for the residents of the surrounding areas, as they contain walking paths, bicycles, sports equipment, green spaces, children’s games, and exercise equipment, in addition to the arenas that will host different events after the World Cup.
They pointed out that these parks, which were opened several years ago, directly contributed to changing the lifestyle of many residents of the surrounding areas, as they were encouraged to commit to the daily exercising routine, especially as these parks are open to visitors from early morning until late at night. which allows them to choose the right time to exercise.

الدوحة: أكدَ عددٌ من المواطنين والمقيمين أن حدائق الملاعب المونديالية -الواقعة في استاد الجنوب واستاد البيت- وفّرت خدمات ترفيهية ورياضية مستدامة لسكان المناطق المحيطة، نظرًا لاحتوائها على مسارات للمشي ودراجات هوائية وأجهزة رياضية ومسطحات خضراء وألعاب للأطفال وأجهزة للتمارين الرياضية بالإضافة إلى الساحات التي ستحتضن الفعاليات المختلفة بعد انتهاء بطولة كأس العالم.
ولفتوا إلى أن تلك الحدائق التي تم افتتاحها منذ عدة سنوات ساهمت بصورة مباشرة في تغيير نمط حياة الكثيرين من سكان المناطق المحيطة، حيث شجعهم الموقع الذي تم تهيئته للرياضيين على الالتزام بممارسة الرياضة بشكل يومي، سيما وأنها مفتوحة أمام الزوار من الصباح الباكر حتى أوقات الليل المتأخرة، الأمر الذي يتيح لهم اختيار الوقت المناسب لممارسة الرياضة.
