Doha: Engineer Tariq Juma Al-Tamimi, Director of the Technical Office at the Ministry of Municipality, confirmed that a technical team was formed by a ministerial decision, regarding the beautification of central Doha, public roads, and areas hosting Qatar’s guests.
In an interview with Al-Sharq, he explained that the tasks of the technical team for beautifying downtown Doha and public roads are:
– Monitoring violations of buildings that distort the general view and improving them through maintenance or demolition work if necessary.
– Speeding up road works in the targeted areas for no later than 9/30/2022.
– General cleaning work in the areas and follow-up to remove them periodically and continuously.
– The installation of aesthetic berms on selected priority areas in coordination with the concerned authorities in the country. Work is also underway to install concrete barriers for some vacant lands that suffer from random alignment.
– Removing abandoned cars in coordination with the Committee to remove abandoned vehicles within the targeted areas.

الدوحة: أكد المهندس طارق جمعة التميمي مدير المكتب الفني بوزارة البلدية أنه تم تشكيل فريق فني بقرار وزاري، بشأن تجميل وسط الدوحة والطرق العامة، ومناطق استضافة ضيوف قطر.
وأوضح في حوار مع “الشرق” أن مهام الفريق الفني لتجميل وسط الدوحة والطرق العامة، هي:
– رصد المخالفات للأبنية المشوهة للمنظر العام وتحسينها من خلال القيام بأعمال الصيانة أو الهدم إن استلزم الأمر ذلك.
– تسريع أعمال الطرق في المناطق المستهدفة في موعد أقصاه 30/9/2022.
– أعمال النظافة العامة بالمناطق ومتابعة إزالتها بشكل دوري ومستمر.
– تركيب السواتر الجمالية على مناطق مختارة ذات أولوية بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية بالدولة، كما يجري العمل على تركيب حواجز خرسانية لبعض الأراضي الفضاء التي تعاني من الاصطفاف العشوائي.
– إزالة السيارات المهملة بالتنسيق مع لجنة إزالة المركبات المهملة ضمن المناطق المستهدفة.
