Explained: The “one-day visit to Qatar” conditions during the World Cup

Doha: Saeed Al-Kuwari, Executive Director of the Hayya platform at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, explained how to apply for the “Request to visit Qatar for one day” service through the platform to attend the FIFA World Cup matches that Qatar will host at the end of this year.

Al-Kuwari said, through Al-Kass Channels program, that the service is available to all nationalities, provided that a ticket is available to attend the World Cup match, indicating that there is a pledge that the applicant must confirm in order for his request to be approved, indicating that there are legislative laws for the tournament against violators.

Al-Kuwari indicated that the applicant must enter the Hayya platform and enter a valid ticket number, then determine the date of his arrival and departure, in addition to confirming the pledge to leave at the specified date.

According to the Hayya platform, the request to visit Qatar is valid for one day for a period of 24 hours, starting from the time you enter the State of Qatar.

Only international fans who have applied for a Hayya pass using a passport and whose application status is pending (pending confirmation of accommodation) can apply for a one-day visit to Qatar.

An applicant can also submit only one request to visit Qatar for one day at a time.

The main applicant must submit an application for a one-day visit to Qatar for each dependent(s).

Once you have actually arrived in Qatar, the person will not be able to delete the request for a one-day visit to Qatar and you will not be able to submit a new request to visit Qatar for one day.

الدوحة: أوضح السيد سعيد الكواري، المدير التنفيذي لمنصة “هيّا” باللجنة العُليا للمشاريع والإرث طريقة التقديم على خدمة “طلب زيارة قطر ليوم واحد” من خلال المنصة لحضور مباريات بطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم التي تستضيفها قطر أواخر العام الجاري.

وقال الكواري عبر برنامج قنوات الكأس إن الخدمة متاحة لجميع الجنسيات بشرط توفر تذكرة لحضور مبارة لكأس العالم، مشيرا إلة وجود تعهد يجب على المقدم تأكيده لتتم الموافقة على طلبه، مشيرا لوجود قوانين تشريعية خاصة بالبطولة بحق المخالفين.

وأشار الكواري أن على الشخص المتقدم الدخول إلى منصة هيا وإدخال رقم تذكرة صالحة، من ثم تحديد موعد وصوله ومغادرته، بالإضافة إلى التأكيد على التعهد بالمغادرة بالموعد المحدد.

وبحسب منصة هيّا تسري صلاحية الطلب لزيارة قطر ليوم واحد لمدة 24 ساعة تُحتسب من وقت دخولك إلى دولة قطر.

و لا يمكن إلا للمشجعين الدوليين الذين قدموا طلب الحصول على بطاقة هَيّا باستخدام جواز سفر والذين تكون حالة طلبهم مُعلّقة (في انتظار تأكيد مكان الإقامة) تقديم طلب زيارة قطر ليوم واحد.

كما يمكن لمقدم الطلب تقديم طلب واحد فقط لزيارة قطر ليوم واحد في كل مرة.

وويجب على مقدم الطلب الرئيسي تقديم طلب زيارة قطر ليوم واحد لكل معال (معالين).

بمجرد الوصول فعلياً إلى قطر، لن يتمكن الشخص من حذف طلب زيارة قطر ليوم واحد ولن تتمكن من تقديم طلب جديد لزيارة قطر ليوم واحد.
