Elon Musk discusses details of Twitter deal during QEF

During his participation in the forum via video technology, businessman Elon Musk said that the work to complete the Twitter deal is on the right track by launching a fundraising process that will enable the ownership of this project in the next stage if the required amount of money is reached.
He pointed out that the most important issue that must be resolved is the issue of fake accounts, which must be eliminated in the future in order to formulate this platform as required and enable it to provide the best services to its users who always aspire to see it at its best form.
In response to a question regarding the possibility of whether completing the deal might create problems inside China, Musk replied that Twitter is not used significantly in China, which relies on other social media platforms; meaning that the focus will be on other regions.
He stressed that his main goal in buying Twitter is to place it within the framework of inclusiveness, and to enable everyone to use it in the next stage, he added that he wants to raise its level of use at the international level, in order to reach half of the world’s population in the coming period, by framing it and allowing its users to express their views within a legal framework that protects and guarantees the rights of all, which means the ability to tweet anything without compromising others.

خلال مشاركته في المنتدى عبر تقنية الفيديو قال رجل الأعمال إيلون ماسك بأن العمل على إتمام صفقة تويتر يسير في الطريق الصحيح من خلال إطلاق عملية جمع الأموال التي ستمكن من تملك هذا المشروع في المرحلة المقبلة، في حال ما تم الوصول إلى المبلغ المالي المطلوب، وأشار إلى أن أهم القضايا التي يجب حلها في تويتر هو مسألة الحسابات الوهمية، التي يجب القضاء عليها في المستقبل من أجل إخراج هذه المنصة بالشكل المطلوب وتمكينها من تقديم أفضل الخدمات لروادها الذين يطمحون دائما إلى رؤيتها في أحسن صورة.
وفي رده على سؤال بخصوص إمكانية افتعال هذه الصفقة لمشاكل داخل الصين في حال إتمامها، رد إيلون بأن تويتر لا يستخدم أصلا في الصين التي تعتمد على منصات أخرى في التواصل الاجتماعي، ما يعني أن التركيز سيكون على باقي المناطق، وأكد أن هدفه الرئيسي من شراء تويتر هو وضعه في إطار الشمولية، وتمكين الجميع من استخدامه في المرحلة المقبلة، وأضاف بأنه يريد رفع مستوى استخدام هذه المنصة على المستوى الدولي، ليصل عدد روادها إلى نصف سكان العالم في الفترة القادمة، بواسطة تأطيره والسماح لمستعمليه بالتعبير عن آرائهم في إطار قانوني يحمي ويضمن حقوق الجميع، ما يعني القدرة على إمكانية كتابة أي شيء دون المساس بالآخرين.
