Qatari consortium to buy 10.8% of Accor hotels

Doha: French multinational hospitality company Accor said on Tuesday it has begun exclusive talks to sell a 10.8 % stake in Ennismore to a consortium of Qatari investors, for 185 million euros ($195 million).
Accor added, according to Reuters, that the deal values Ennismore, at more than two billion euros.
The deal is expected to close in the second half of the year, reducing Accor’s stake in Ennismore to 62.2%.

وأضافت أكور، بحسب وكالة رويترز، أن الصفقة تقدر قيمة إينيسمور، بأكثر من ملياري يورو.
