FIFA clarifies – on its website – that only the ticket holder is allowed to allocate tickets to his guests either free of charge or for an amount not exceeding the face value of the ticket (i.e. they can’t resell it at a value higher than the purchase price).

According to the terms of tickets’ use, guests are not allowed to allocate tickets to others under any circumstances. If they dispense with using it for themselves, all they have to do is return it to its owner who sent it to them, i.e. to FIFA.

يوضح الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا) – على موقعه الإلكتروني – أنه لا يُسمح لغير صاحب طلب التذكرة تخصيص تذاكر لضيوفه إما مجانًا أو بمبلغ لا يتجاوز القيمة الإسمية للتذكرة (أي إعادة بيعها بقيمة أعلى من سعر الشراء).

ووفقًا لشروط استخدام التذاكر، فإنه لا يُسمح للضيوف بنقل التذاكر لغيرهم تحت أي ظرف من الظروف، فإن استغنوا عن استخدامها لأنفسهم، فما عليهم إلا إرجاعها إلى صاحبها الذي أرسلها إليهم أي إلى الفيفا.
