Estithmar Holding reveals its new trademark at Project Qatar

Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C unveiled its new trademark during Project Qatar and Hospitality Qatar opening ceremonies at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre.

HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al-Abdullah al-Thani inaugurated the exhibition led the inauguration ceremony to walkthrough the pavilions and explore the exhibitors’ services and products.

The opening ceremony was attended by a number of officials, dignitaries and representatives of the participating official authorities, including Eng. Youssef Abdul Rahman Al-Emadi, Projects Affairs Director at Ashghal; Mr. Fahad Rashid Al Kaabi, CEO of Manateq; Eng. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, CEO of Qatari Diar; and a delegation from Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce headed by Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Murshed, along with ambassadors of the participating countries.

Visiting Estithmar Holding pavilion as part of his inaugural tour, H.E the Minister of Commerce and Industry listened to a brief from the group’s CEO Henrik Christiansen about the mega projects that the group is currently working on. This brief mainly focused on Al Maha Island, which hosts Doha Winter Wonderland, international restaurants district, concert arena, beach club, as well as hospitality, catering and event management services provided by its subsidiaries.

The Council of Saudi Chambers delegation also visited Estithmar Holding booth, where they met the CEO and a number of its executives. The delegation listened to an overview about the group’s current expansions and growth across all sectors.

A group of the ambassadors of the participating countries in Project Qatar visited Estithmar Holding pavilion, including: Turkish Ambassador H.E Mr. Mustafa Kokso, Malaysian Ambassador H.E Mr. Zamshari Shaharan, Indonesian Ambassador H.E Mr. Ridwan Hassan, Sri Lankan Ambassador H.E Mr. Muhammed Mafaz Mohiuddin, Brunei Ambassador H.E Mr. Mohamed Bahrain Abu Bakr and Ambassador of Kazakhstan H.E Mr. Erman Isagalev.

Speaking on the occasion, Henrik Christiansen, Chief Executive Officer of Estithmar Holding, said: “Our new trademark represents Estithmar Holding’s futuristic strategy and its ambitious expansion plan in multiple sectors, which will positively enhance the business growth and continuity, and contribute to increase the shareholders’ value at the same time.”

“This year, at Project Qatar, we showcase our prominent projects in vital and promising sectors. In the tourism sector, we work on Al Maha Island project in Lusail, set to become a hotspot for Qatar tourism, entertainment and leisure and expected to have more than 1.5 million visitors per year. Al Maha Island includes wide range of entertainment, hospitality and dining choices, namely: Doha Winter Wonderland, spanning over 92,000 square meters with 100 rides, the concerts arena which accommodates 7,000 people, in addition to Nammos beach club and a variety of international restaurants such as: Zuma, Billionaire, LPM, Dokya, and Em Sherif, along with a selection of the most famous local restaurants,” Henrik added.

He added, “As for healthcare projects, we are set to open two international hospitals in partnership with reputable international healthcare institutions by end of this year. The first is The View Hospital in partnership with the American Cedars-Sinai. The hospital includes 244 beds and 71 luxurious treatment suites, while the second project is the Korean Medical Centre in cooperation with the finest medical service providers in Korea. It includes 46 outpatient clinics, 18 operating beds and 3 operating rooms.”

Last week, Estithmar Holding announced that its subsidiaries have established 6 new companies in the tourism, entertainment, hospitality and catering sectors, bringing the total number of its affiliated companies to 45. This step reflects the group’s expansion, especially in the promising sectors with a projected increasing demand, that will lead to increase the group’s revenues.

كشفت استثمار القابضة ش.م.ع.ق. عن علامتها التجارية الجديدة خلال فعاليات افتتاح معرض بروجكت قطر ومعرض قطر للضيافة بمركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات.

افتتح المعرض سعادة الشيخ محمد بن حمد بن قاسم آل ثاني وزير التجارة والصناعة، حيث قام سعادته عقب الافتتاح بجولة اطلع خلالها على مختلف الأجنحة والخدمات والمنتجات التي تقدمها الشركات والمؤسسات المشاركة.

حضر الافتتاح نخبة من السادة المسؤولين وكبار الشخصيات وممثلي الجهات الرسمية المشاركة وهم: المهندس يوسف عبدالرحمن العمادي، مدير شؤون المشروعات بهيئة الأشغال العامة، السيد فهد بن راشد الكعبي الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مناطق الإقتصادية، وسعادة المهندس عبدالله بن حمد العطية الرئيس التنفيذي بشركة الديار القطرية، ووفد من إتحاد الغرف التجارية السعودية برئاسة السيد محمد بن عبدالله المرشد، إلى جانب أصحاب السعادة سفراء الدول المشاركة. 

وقام سعادة وزير التجارة والصناعة بزيارة جناح استثمار القابضة ضمن جولته الافتتاحية، حيث استمع إلى شرح مختصر من السيد هنريك كريستيانسن الرئيس التنفيذي لاستثمار القابضة حول أهم المشروعات التي تعمل عليها المجموعة حالياً وعلى رأسها جزيرة المها التي تتضمن الدوحة ونتر وندرلاند ومنطقة المطاعم العالمية ومنطقة الحفلات الموسيقية والنادي الشاطئي، إلى جانب خدمات الضيافة والإطعام وإدارة الفعاليات التي تقدمها الشركات التابعة.

كما قام وفد اتحاد الغرف التجارية السعودية بزيارة جناح استثمار القابضة، حيث التقوا بالرئيس التنفيذي وعدد من القيادات بالشركة، واستمعوا إلى نبذة عن المجموعة وما تشهده حالياً من توسعات ونمو في أعمالها والقطاعات الجديدة التي تعمل بها.

وقد قام أيضاً بزيارة جناح استثمار القابضة نخبة من أصحاب السعادة سفراء الدول المشاركة ببروجكت قطر وهم: السفير التركي السيد مصطفى كوكصو، السفير الماليزي السيد زامشاري شاهاران، السفير الأندونيسي السيد رضوان حسان، السفير السريلانكي السيد محمد مفاز محيي الدين، سفير بروناي السيد محمد بحرين أبو بكر ، سفير كازاخستان السيد إرمان إيساغاليف.

وأضاف هنريك: “نعرض في بروجكت قطر هذا العام أبرز مشروعاتنا في القطاعات الحيوية ذات المستقبل الواعد، ففي قطاع المشاريع السياحية أطلقنا مشروع جزيرة المها في لوسيل، والتي ستستقبل أكثر من مليون ونصف المليون زائر سنويًا لتكون بذلك أحد أهم معالم الجذب السياحي الترفيهي في قطر. وتضم جزيرة المها العديد من الخيارات الترفيهية ومنافذ الضيافة والطعام وهي: الدوحة ونتر وندرلاند التي تمتد على مساحة 92 ألف متر مربع وتضم 100 لعبة متنوعة، كما تضم الجزيرة منطقة للحفلات الموسيقية تتسع لـ 7000 شخص، ونادي نامُـس الشاطئي، بالإضافة إلى 5 مطاعم عالمية منها: زوما، بليونير، إل بي إم، دوكيا، أم شريف، إلى جانب نخبة مختارة من أشهر المطاعم المحلية“. 

وأضاف هنريك: “ وبالنسبة لمشاريع الرعاية الصحية نستعد في بنهاية هذا العام لافتتاح مستشفيين دوليين بالشراكة مع مؤسسات عالمية مرموقة في مجال الرعاية الصحية، الأول هو مستشفى ذا فيو بالشراكة مع مؤسسة سيدرز سيناي الأمريكية، والمشروع الثاني هو المركز الطبي الكوري بالتعاون مع أرقى مقدمي الخدمات الطبية في كوريا، ويضم 46 عيادة خارجية .

وكانت استثمار القابضة قد أعلنت الأسبوع الماضي عن قيام الشركات التابعة لها بتأسيس 6 شركات تجارية جديدة في قطاعات السياحة والترفيه والضيافة والإطعام، ليصبح إجمالي عدد الشركات التابعة لاستثمار القابضة 45 شركة، الأمر الذي يعكس توسع أعمال المجموعة في مختلف القطاعات، لاسيما في القطاعات الحيوية الواعدة والتي يتزايد الطلب عليها، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تعظيم إيرادات الشركات وأرباحها.

تحرص استثمار القابضة وشركاتها التابعة على المشاركة في مختلف المعارض والفعاليات الدولية التي تقام في قطر في مجالات وقطاعات الأعمال المختلفة، لا سيما معرض بروجكت قطر ومعرض قطر للضيافة، حيث تؤمن المجموعة بأهمية تلك المعارض الكبرى في دعم وفتح آفاق جديدة لمجتمع الأعمال والشركات على مختلف أحجامها، إلى جانب توفير منصة فعالة للتواصل المباشر، وعقد لقاءات وشراكات مثمرة لتكوين تحالفات تجارية جديدة ذات قيمة مضافة للسوق المحلي تسهم بتعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية في دولة قطر.
