43 services and forms available on new Labour Ministry website

Doha: HE Minister of Labor Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, inaugurated yesterday the official website of the Ministry (www.mol.gov.qa).

On this occasion, His Excellency stressed that the launch of the new website comes within the Ministry of Labor’s vision to enhance the digital transformation of all the services it provides to the public, leading to paperless services, which facilitates the delivery of services electronically quickly and accurately.

The website contains many sections introducing the tasks and functions of the Ministry of Labor and its affiliated sectors and departments, in addition to a legislative window aimed at raising public awareness of the latest developments in the work environment in the State of Qatar.

The new website is an electronic portal for many of the services that the ministry provides to the public. With its inauguration, it provides about 43 services and electronic forms as a first stage. It also facilitates searches to obtain the required information or service, in addition to the media center that highlights the most important news and events of the ministry.

The services were structured, arranged and categorized on the website, which enables users to access the service easily and quickly, knowing that the home page contains the most used services with the option of categorizing the services provided to companies and individuals.

The new website of the Ministry of Labor provides laws, decisions and legislations that will regulate the labor sector, and it also allows the user to evaluate the quality of service and submit proposals aimed at improving the service.

الدوحة: دشن سعادة الدكتور علي بن صميخ المري، وزير العمل، يوم أمس، الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي للوزارة (www.mol.gov.qa).

وأكد سعادته بهذه المناسبة، أن تدشين الموقع الإلكتروني الجديد يأتي ضمن رؤية وزارة العمل في تعزيز التحول الرقمي لكافة الخدمات التي تقدمها للجمهور، وصولا إلى خدمات دون ورق، ما يسهل إنجاز الخدمات إلكترونيا بشكل سريع ودقيق.

ويحتوي الموقع على العديد من الأقسام والنوافذ التعريفية بمهام واختصاصات وزارة العمل، والقطاعات والإدارات التابعة لها، بالإضافة إلى نافذة تشريعية تهدف الى رفع الوعي لدى الجمهور بآخر مستجدات بيئة العمل في دولة قطر.

ويعد الموقع الإلكتروني الجديد بوابة إلكترونية للعديد من الخدمات التي تقدمها الوزارة للجمهور، إذ يقدم مع تدشينه نحو 43 خدمة واستمارة إلكترونية كمرحلة أولى، كما يسهل عمليات البحث للحصول على المعلومة أو الخدمة المطلوبة، إضافة إلى المركز الإعلامي الذي يُسلط الضوء على أهم الأخبار والفعاليات الخاصة بالوزارة.

وتمت هيكلة الخدمات وترتيبها وتصنيفها في الموقع الالكتروني مما يمكن المستخدمين من الوصول للخدمة بشكل سهل وسريع، علما أن الصفحة الرئيسية تحتوي على الخدمات الأكثر استخداما مع خيار تصنيف للخدمات المقدمة للشركات والأفراد.

ويوفر الموقع الجديد لوزارة، العمل القوانين والقرارات والتشريعات التي من شأنها تنظيم قطاع العمل، كما أنه يتيح للمستخدم تقييم جودة الخدمة وتقديم المقترحات الهادفة لتحسين الخدمة.

وكانت وزارة العمل قد دشنت في بداية شهر أبريل الماضي، وحدة إدارة التحول الرقمي وأتمتة الخدمات، بهدف تسريع تنفيذ خطة الوزارة في تقديم كافة الخدمات إلكترونيا والاعتماد على الحلول الرقمية، وتعمل الوحدة أيضا على تطوير وتحديث وطرح أكثر من 80 خدمة ومعاملة إلكترونيا، إذ سيتم إنجاز المعاملة دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة مبنى الوزارة أو مكاتب الخدمات أو تقديم المستندات الورقية.
