Advisory Council forms five committees

DOHA: The Advisory Council held yesterday its second meeting of the 47th ordinary session under the chairmanship of its Speaker H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud.

The council started the meeting reviewing the speech of Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at the inauguration of the 47th ordinary session last Tuesday.

The council member said the speech was comprehensive and clear in setting the State’s internal and external policy milestones, as well as reiterating the State’s firm stances towards the various national, regional and international issues.

After much deliberation on the speech of H H the Amir, which was characterised by deep and high sense of national responsibility and concern for the good of the nation and citizens, Al Mahmoud directed the council’s committee, each according to their duty, according to the vision, directives and State’s internal and external policy pillars. He directed them to create clear recommendations to be presented to the council and may contribute with the government its implementation.

The council then formed its five committees.

The council formed the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee with the membership of Rashid bin Hamad Al Meadadi, Nasser bin Rashid Al Kaabi, Nasser bin Khalil Al Jaida, Abd Ul Rahman bin Yousuf Al Khulaifi, Mohamed bin Abd Ulla Al Abd Al Ghani, Dr Aisha bint Yousuf Al Saleh bin Abd Ulla Al Mannai, Abd Al Latif bin Mohammed Al Sada and Dr Hend bint Abd Al Rahman Al Muftah.

The council formed the Economic and the Financial Affairs Committee with the membership of Reem bint Mohammed Al Mansoori, Nasser bin Rashid Al Kaabi, Yousif bin Rashid Al Khater, Mohammed bin Khalid Al Ghanim, Nasser bin Sulaiman Al Hayder, Ismail bin Mohammed Al Emadi, Dr Hessa bint Sultan Al Jaber, Mohammed bin Mahdi Al Ahbabi, Ali bin Abdullatif Al Misnad, Nasser bin Sultan Al Hemaidi and Khalid bin Muhamed Al Kubaisi.

The council formed the Services and the Public Utilities Committee with the membership of Ibrahim bin Khalifa Al Nasr, Hadi bin Saeed Al Khayarin, Ismail bin Mohammed Al Emadi, Yousef bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Khalifa bin Ali Al Hetmi, Nasser bin Salmaine Al Suwaidi and Mohammed bin Mahdi Al Ahbabi.

The council formed the Services and the Public Utilities Committee with the membership of Saqr bin Fahad Al Muraikhi, Nasser bin Ahmed Al Malki, Dr Yousif bin Mohammed Al Obaidan, Abd Ul Rahman bin Yousuf Al Khulaifi, Abdullah bin Khalid Al Nuaimi, Dahlan bin Jaman Al Hamad, Abd UlAziz bin Mohammed Al Attiyyah, Mubarak bin Saif Al Mansouri, Khalid bin Abdulla Al Buainain, Mohammed bin Ali Al Henzab, Abdulla bin Fahad Al Marri, Abd Al Latif bin Mohammed Al Sada and Dr Hend bint Abd Al Rahman Al Muftah.

The council formed the Information and Cultural Affairs Committee with the membership of Rashid bin Hamad Al Meadadi, Abdulla bin Khalid Al Mania, Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Rumaihi, Abdullah bin Khalid Al Nuaimi, Mohamed bin Mansour Al Shahwani, Fahad bin Mohammed Buzwair, Saleh bin Abd Ulla Al Mannai and Mohamed bin Ali Al Maadid.

عقد مجلس الشورى صباح اليوم، جلسته العادية الثانية في دور انعقاده العادي السابع والأربعين برئاسة سعادة السيد أحمد بن عبد الله بن زيد آل محمود رئيس المجلس.

وقد استهل المجلس جلسته باستعراض الخطاب السامي لحضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى “حفظه الله” في افتتاح دور الانعقاد العادي السابع والأربعين للمجلس يوم الثلاثاء الماضي.

وأكد أعضاء المجلس في مداخلاتهم خلال الجلسة أن الخطاب جاء شاملا وواضحا في تحديد معالم سياسة الدولة الداخلية والخارجية ، وفي تأكيد مواقفها الثابتة تجاه مختلف القضايا الداخلية والاقليمية والدولية.

وبعد المداولات حول خطاب حضرة صاحب السمو ، والتي اتسمت بالعمق والاحساس العالي بالمسؤولية الوطنية والحرص على مصلحة الوطن والمواطنين ، وجه سعادة رئيس المجلس لجان المجلس المختلفة ، كل لجنة فيما يخصها ، بالنظر فيما جاء في الخطاب وما تضمنه من رؤى و توجهات ومرتكزات لسياسة الدولة الداخلية والخارجية ، والخروج بتوصيات محددة تعرض على المجلس ، يمكن أن تسهم مع الحكومة في تنفيذها والعمل بهديها .

واستكمل مجلس الشورى جلسته بتشكيل لجانه الخمس على النحو التالي:

أولا: لجنة الشؤون القانونية والتشريعية وتضم السادة الأعضاء الآتية أسماؤهم: 1- راشد بن حمد المعضادي 2- ناصر بن راشد الكعبي 3- ناصر بن خليل الجيدة 4- عبد الرحمن بن يوسف الخليفي 5- محمد بن عبد الله آل عبد الغني 6- الدكتورة عائشة بنت يوسف المناعي 7- عبد اللطيف بن محمد السادة 8- الدكتورة هند بنت عبد الرحمن المفتاح.

ثانيا: لجنة الشؤون المالية والاقتصادية وتضم السادة الأعضاء الآتية أسماؤهم: 1- ريم بنت محمد المنصوري 2- ناصر بن راشد الكعبي 3- يوسف بن راشد الخاطر 4- محمد بن خالد الغانم 5- ناصر بن سليمان الحيدر 6- إسماعيل بن محمد العمادي 7- الدكتورة حصة بنت سلطان الجابر 8- محمد بن مهدي الاحبابي 9- علي بن عبد اللطيف المسند 10- ناصر بن سلطان الحميدي 11- خالد بن محمد الكبيسي.

ثالثا: لجنة الخدمات والمرافق العامة وتضم السادة الأعضاء الآتية أسماؤهم: 1- إبراهيم بن خليفة النصر 2- هادي بن سعيد الخيارين 3- إسماعيل بن محمد العمادي 4- يوسف بن أحمد الكواري 5- خليفة بن علي الهتمي 6- ناصر بن سالمين السويدي 7- محمد بن مهدي الاحبابي.

رابعا: لجنة الشؤون الداخلية والخارجية وتضم السادة الأعضاء الآتية أسماؤهم: 1- صقر بن فهد المريخي 2- ناصر بن أحمد المالكي 3- الدكتور يوسف بن محمد العبيدان 4- عبد الرحمن بن يوسف الخليفي 5- عبد الله بن خالد النعيمي 6- دحلان بن جمعان الحمد 7- عبد العزيز بن محمد العطية 8- مبارك بن سيف المنصوري 9- خالد بن عبد الله البوعينين 10- محمد بن علي الحنزاب 11-عبد الله بن فهد المري 12- عبد اللطيف بن محمد السادة 13- الدكتورة هند بنت عبد الرحمن المفتاح.
