QR5,000 prize money up for grabs in Qatar Museum’s M7 merchandise design contest

Doha: Qatar Museums’ (QM) M7 is calling on all creatives to submit a design proposal for its volunteers merchandise and win up QR5,000 prize money.
The design will be on QM’s hats, bags and t-shirts. The deadline will be on April 7 and proposals can be sent at contact@m7.org.qa.
M7 said on its Instagram post that only digital work will be accepted, the theme should be artistic, modern and clean designs and must include Qatar Museums logo.
The graphic design should represent and aligns with QM’s identity and the placement and the font of the word “Volunteer” should be modern to suit the theme.
It added that as for the silhouette, it should be clean cuts and a creative approach to designing the clothing.
The winner will be contacted via email and his or her artwork will be posted on M7 Instagram account.
M7 is Qatar’s epicenter for innovation and entrepreneurship in design, fashion and tech.

وقال مسؤولو “M7 | متاحف قطر” في منشور على منصة الانستغرام إنه سيتم قبول الأعمال بشكل رقمي فقط، ويجب أن يكون الموضوع فنياً، ذو تصميمات حديثة وواضحة ويجب أن يتضمن شعار متاحف قطر.
ويجب أن يمثل التصميم الجرافيكي هوية متاحف قطر ويتماشى معها، وأن يكون موضع وخط كلمة “متطوع” عصرياً مناسباً للموضوع.
وأضافوا، أنه بالنسبة للصورة الظلية، يجب أن تكون قصات واضحة ذات نهج إبداعي لتصميم الملابس. وسيتم التواصل مع الفائز عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
سيتم نشر أعماله الفنية على حساب “M7 | متاحف قطر” على الانستغرام .
ويُعتبر “M7 | متاحف قطر” مركز قطر للابتكار وريادة الأعمال في مجالات التصميم والأزياء والتكنولوجيا.
