Build Your House Exhibition Kicks Off on March 28

Doha: Under the patronage of HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz Al-Thani, Build Your House (BYH) Exhibition, which is specialized in the real estate and construction sector, starts on March 28.

The three-days exhibition will be inaugurated by HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al-Abdullah Al-Thani at Qatar National Convention Centre, where companies specialized in engineering and real estate consultancy, building materials and smart solutions will participate in the event.

Speaking about BYH 2022, Co-Founder and General Manager of NeXTfairs or Exhibitions and Conferences Rawad Sleem, said that the exhibition enables Qatar’s society to improve their standards of living, while stimulating economic growth.

He added: ” This year’s BYH Exhibition continues to fuel the growth of the real estate sector and strives to exceed the QR400M riyals worth of deals signed during the previous two editions of the exhibition.”

Public Relations and Communication Manager at Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation “Kahramaa” Mohammad Ali Al Mohannadi expressed the significance of this exhibition, saying: “Build Your House Exhibition is one of the most important events supporting the national economy by creating a common space for various entities working in the field of building and construction uniting the efforts of government and private companies to serve the Qatari community.”

BYH Exhibition is considered a crucial link between companies in residential design and building industry and Qatari citizens who wish to build or modernize their homes. Guests can visit over 150 exhibitors from five main sectors: Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, General Services, and Smart Solutions.

They can also enjoy two large country pavilions from Turkey and Portugal, featuring exhibitors keen to introduce their high-quality products and services to Qatar and the Middle East market. These pavilions will showcase a wide range of high-quality building products and materials such as aluminum, cable protection, hardwood flooring, suspended ceilings, and roof systems, along with award-winning furniture, upholstery, and home textiles from well-reputed brands.

الدوحة: تحت رعاية معالي الشيخ خالد بن خليفة بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية، ينطلق يوم 28 مارس الجاري معرض /ابنِ بيتك/ المتخصص في القطاع العقاري والبناء.

ويفتتح المعرض الذي يستمر ثلاثة أيام في مركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات سعادة الشيخ محمد بن حمد بن قاسم آل ثاني وزير التجارة والصناعة، حيث يشارك في الفعالية شركات متخصصة في الاستشارات الهندسية والعقارية ومواد البناء والحلول الذكية.

وقال السيد رواد سليم المدير العام لشركة “نيكست فيرز ” للمعارض والمؤتمرات وهي الجهة المنظمة لمعرض /ابن بيتك 2022 BYH/ إن المعرض يتيح للمجتمع القطري إمكانية الارتقاء بمعايير منزله ورفاهيته، إلى جانب تحفيز النمو الاقتصادي في البلاد.

وأضاف ان المعرض يواصل هذا العام نهجه الدؤوب في رفد نمو قطاع العقارات في البلاد، ويسعى لتجاوز الرقم الذي حققه خلال النسختين السابقتين من حيث قيمة الصفقات المبرمة والتي وصلت إلى 400 مليون ريال قطري.

من جهته أكد السيد محمد علي المهندي مدير إدارة العلاقات العامة والاتصال في المؤسسة العامة القطرية للكهرباء والماء (كهرماء)، شريك الاستدامة للمعرض، على أهمية هذا الحدث الذي يعد أحد أهم الفعاليات الداعمة للاقتصاد الوطني، حيث يشكل ملتقى لمختلف الجهات العاملة في مجال البناء والإنشاءات، ويعزز تضافر جهود الشركات الحكومية والخاصة لخدمة المجتمع القطري”.

ويعتبر معرض /ابنِ بيتك/ بمثابة حلقة وصل حيوية ومهمة بين الشركات العاملة في مجال تصميم المنازل وقطاع البناء، وبين المواطنين القطريين الراغبين في بناء أو تحديث منازلهم.

وسيتمكن ضيوف المعرض من زيارة أكثر من 150 عارضا في خمسة قطاعات رئيسية بمن فيهم الاستشاريون، والمقاولون، والموردون، وقطاع الخدمات العامة، وشركات الحلول الذكية.

كما سيحظى زوار المعرض بفرصة زيارة جناحين عالميين كبيرين لكل من تركيا والبرتغال يستعرضان مجموعة واسعة من منتجات ومواد البناء مثل الألومنيوم، ومواد حماية الكوابل، وأرضيات الأخشاب الصلبة، والأسقف المعلقة، وأنظمة الأسقف، وغيرها من مواد التشييد والديكور.
