This service allows residents to apply for the amendment of their job titles in the QID, through a representative, the concerned person, or one of the authorized signatories, while attaching the required documents.

Online Instructions

Enter the required information (Establishment Number, QID, and Mobile Number, which is registered with the same QID).
Tick the Captcha checkbox, and then click on “Submit”.
Enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile number.
Enter the required details in the application form and attach the following document copies:
- QID of the authorized signatory
- QID card of the applicant
- Company’s registration card
- Municipality license
- Commercial registration
- Education certificates certified by the official authorities
Tick the checkbox “I, the applicant, certify that all the above data is correct, and I bear responsibility in the event that otherwise is proven.”
Submit your request.

Offline Instructions

Download and fill out the application form.
Providing the following documents:
- Copies of authorized person and applicant IDs.
- Copy of academic certificates accredited by authorized parties.
- Copy of the company’s Establishment ID, valid municipal license along with the applicant’s previous employment contract.
- Three original copies of the new employment contract signed by both parties, and signature of authorized person.
- Bank statement indicating his/her salary amount and statement of account for 6 months.

Fees

No fees apply for this service.

Additional Information

The service is available for private and joint-stock companies.
Application with the required attachments must be sent to MOL for conformity, review and approval.
The registration of the worker’s data shall be in terms of the employee’s QID number.
The person in charge of the company bears the full responsibility for the validity of the data recorded through the mandatory acknowledgment in the digital service.

تتيح هذه الخدمة للمقيمين تقديم طلب تعديل المسمى الوظيفي الخاص بهم في البطاقة الشخصية، عن طريق المندوب أو صاحب العلاقة أو أحد المفوضين بالتوقيع، مع إرفاق المستندات اللازمة.

تقديم الطلب إلكترونيًا

إدخال البيانات المطلوبة (رقم قيد المنشأة ورقم البطاقة الشخصية ورقم الجوال المسجل بنفس رقم البطاقة الشخصية).
تحديد مربع التحقق، ثم الضغط على “Submit”.
إدخال رمز التحقق الذي تم إرساله إلى رقم الجوال الخاص بك.
تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة في نموذج الطلب وإرفاق المستندات التالية:
صورة البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض بالتوقيع
صورة البطاقة الشخصية لطالب التعديل
صورة بطاقة قيد المنشأة
صورة رخصة البلدية
صورة السجل التجاري
الشهادات العلمية مصدقة من الجهات الرسمية
تحديد مربع ” أقر أنا مقدم الطلب بأن جميع البيانات الواردة أعلاه صحيحة وأتحمل المسؤولية في حالة ثبوت غير ذلك”.

تنزيل نموذج الطلب وتعبئته.
إرفاق المستندات التالية:
صورة من البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض بالتوقيع ولطالب التعديل
صورة من الشهادات العلمية مصدقة من الجهات الرسمية باللغة العربية
صورة من بطاقة قيد المنشأة والسجل التجاري ورخصة البلدية سارية المفعول
عقد العمل السابق وصورة فاتورة الكهرباء
ثلاث نسخ من عقد العمل الجديد موقعة من الطرفين مع الختم الأصلي مع توقيع المخول بالتوقيع في المنشأة
شهادة راتب من البنك مع كشف حساب بالراتب لمدة ستة أشهر

الخدمة متاحة للشركات الخاصة والمساهمة
يجب إرسال الطلب مع المرفقات المطلوبة للوزارة للمطابقة و التدقيق والاعتماد.
يكون تسجيل بيانات العامل بدلالة الرقم الشخصي للعامل.
يتحمل مسؤول المنشأة المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة البيانات المسجلة من خلال الإقرار الإلزامي ضمن الخدمة الرقمية.
