إغلاق 5 منشآت غذائية مخالفة بالدوحة

The Health Control Department of Doha Municipality has recently carried out 105 inspections of food facilities to ensure the practicing of health procedures.
The campaigns resulted in the release of 11 records in violation of Law No. 8 of 1990 on the regulation of human food control.
The immediate closure of a restaurant and supermarket in The Star area was decided for 30 days, because of workers without health certificates, and the immediate closure of a restaurant, a confectionery and bakery in the airport area for five days, for not applying sanitary requirements and the circulation of food prepared in unsanitary conditions.
The veterinarians examined 1,680 kilograms of Cornish fish, 3,848 carcasses in the central automated butchery, and destroyed two whole carcasses unfit for human consumption.
The inspectors of the section continued to search food transport vehicles in the industrial zone.
A report in violation of Law No. 8 of 1990 was written as a result of a company transporting refrigerated food in unsanitary conditions, and the quantity in the car was completely destroyed.

نفّذ قسم الرقابة الصحية ببلدية الدوحة 105 جولات تفتيشية ، مؤخراً على المؤسسات الغذائية، للتأكد من توافر الإجراءات الصحية.
وأسفرت الحملات عن تحرير 11 محضر مخالفة للقانون رقم (8) لسنة 1990 بشأن تنظيم مراقبة الأغذية الآدمية.
وتقرّر الإغلاق الفوري لمطعم وسوبر ماركت بمنطقة النجمة لمدة 30 يوماً؛ لوجود عمال ليس لديهم شهادات صحية، وإغلاق فوري لمطعم وحلواني ومخبز بمنطقة المطار 5 أيام، لعدم تطبيق الاشتراطات الصحية وتداول أغذية جرى إعدادها وتحضيرها في ظروف غير صحية.
وقام الأطباء البيطريون بفحص 1680 كيلو جراماً من الأسماك بفرضة الكورنيش، و3848 ذبيحة بالمقصب الآلي المركزي، وإتلاف ذبيحتين كاملة غير صالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي.
وواصل مفتشو القسم التفتيش على سيارات نقل المواد الغذائية بالمنطقة الصناعية.
وجرى تحرير محضر مخالفة للقانون رقم (8) لسنة 1990؛ لقيام إحدى الشركات بنقل مواد غذائية مبردة في ظروف غير صحية، وتم إتلاف الكمية الموجودة بالسيارة بالكامل.
