Ministry of Labor Announces Employment of 114 Citizens

Doha: The Ministry of Labor announced the employment of 114 male and female citizens in various sectors of the private sector over the last February.

The distribution of appointments were distributed as follows: 53 employees in the financial and insurance sector, 12 employees in the services and transportation sector, 28 employees in the industrial and energy sector, 3 employees in the real estate and contracting sector, 6 employees in private institutions, 11 employees in the communications and information technology sector, and one employee in the hospitality sector, according to the Ministry’s statistical bulletin for February 2022, which includes the most prominent statistics and figures of the labor sector in the country, as well as the results of inspection visits to various establishments.

The bulletin indicated that the Ministry received about 7,670 requests for new recruitment (from abroad), of which 6,196 were approved and 1,474 were rejected, while the total number of requests for profession change reached about 3,328 requests, of which 3,279 were approved and only 49 were rejected.

According to the bulletin the number of requests for work permits submitted to the ministry during February 2022 was 1,869, including 969 requests to renew the permit, 678 requests to issue a new permit, 220 requests to cancel issued permits, and two requests to replace lost ones.

Regarding inspection visits to recruitment offices, the statistical bulletin showed that the ministry carried out about 66 inspection visits of recruitment offices, which resulted in the administrative closure of about 17 offices for braking law. During February 2022, the Labor Inspection Department conducted intensive inspection campaigns to monitor the extent to which establishments comply with the laws and ministerial decisions related to regulating the labor market in the country, with a total of 3,459 inspection visits, in various regions, which resulted in detecting 458 violations and the banning of 31 establishments.

According to the monthly statistical bulletin regarding labor dispute settlement committees, the number of cases referred to these committees during the past month amounted to about 369 cases, and the total number of decisions issued by labor dispute resolution committees reached about 332 cases, while the total decisions that are still pending amounted to about 488 Issue.

The statistical bulletin also showed that the Ministry of Labor received about 28,262 requests to change the employer, 9,273 requests were approved, while the number of rejected requests reached 10,461 requests, and 8,528 requests remained pending.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة العمل توظيف 114 مواطنا ومواطنة بمختلف القطاعات لدى شركات ومنشآت القطاع الخاص خلال شهر فبراير الماضي.

وأوضحت نشرة الوزارة الإحصائية لشهر فبراير 2022، والتي تتضمن أبرز إحصائيات وأرقام قطاع العمل بالدولة، فضلا عن نتائج الزيارات التفتيشية على مختلف المنشآت، أن التعيينات توزعت في القطاع الخاص بواقع 53 موظفا في القطاع المالي والتأمين، و 12 موظفا في قطاع الخدمات والنقل، و 28 موظفا في قطاع الصناعة والطاقة، و3 موظفين في قطاع العقارات والمقاولات، و6 موظفين في المؤسسات الخاصة، و11 موظفا في قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وموظف في قطاع الضيافة.

وأظهرت الاحصائية استقبال الوزارة نحو 7670 طلباً من فئة استقدام جديد، تم الموافقة على 6196 طلبا منها ، ورفض 1474 طلبا ، فيما بلغ العدد الإجمالي لطلبات تعديل المهنة نحو 3328 طلبا، تم الموافقة على 3279 منها ورفض 49 طلبا فقط.

وبحسب النشرة الصادرة عن وزارة العمل اليوم، بلغ عدد طلبات تصاريح العمل المقدمة للوزارة خلال شهر فبراير 2022 نحو 1869 طلبا، منها 969 طلبا لتجديد التصريح، و 678 طلبا لإصدار تصريح جديد، و 220 طلبا لإلغاء تصاريح صادرة، وطلبان بدل فاقد.

وعلى صعيد الزيارات التفتيشية على مكاتب استقدام العمالة، أظهرت النشرة الإحصائية أن الوزارة قامت بتنفيذ نحو 66 جولة تفتيشية على مكاتب الاستقدام، أسفر عنها إغلاق اداري لنحو 17 مكتبا لمخالفتها أحكام القانون.

وقامت إدارة تفتيش العمل خلال شهر فبراير 2022، بحملات تفتيشية مكثفة لمراقبة مدى التزام المنشآت بالقوانين والقرارات الوزارية المعنية بتنظيم سوق العمل بالدولة، بإجمالي 3459 زيارة تفتيشية ، بمختلف المناطق، أسفر عنها ضبط 458 مخالفة وحظر 31 منشأة.

وبشأن الشكاوى العمالية، أظهرت النشرة الإحصائية استقبال إدارة علاقات العمل عن طريق المنصة الموحدة شكاوى من عمالة المنشأة ضد المنشأة بنحو 2477 شكوى، تم تسوية 312 شكوى منها ، وأحيل 113 شكوى، وبقي تحت الاجراء ما يقارب 2052 شكوى.

وبحسب النشرة الإحصائية الشهرية فيما يتعلق بـلجان فض المنازعات العمالية ، بلغ عدد القضايا المحالة الى هذه اللجان خلال الشهر الماضي نحو 369 قضية، وبلغ إجمالي عدد القرارات الصادرة من لجان فض المنازعات العمالية نحو 332 قضية، بينما بلغ إجمالي القرارات التي لا تزال تحت الإجراء نحو 488 قضية.

كما أظهرت النشرة الاحصائية استقبال وزارة العمل نحو 28262 طلبا لتغير جهة العمل ، تم الموافقة على 9273 طلبا، فيما بلغ عدد الطلبات المفروضة نحو 10461 طلبا، وبقي تحت الإجراء نحو 8528 طلبا.
