Ehteraz’s golden frame disappeared! .. Complaints about access to universities and institutions

After being a dear guest on the phones of many over the past year in his well-known color, bringing confidence for examiners of the Ehteraz status to open the doors of institutions and shopping malls, having people not caring about decisions that limited some activities to vaccinated people. But now, “The golden frame in Ehteraz has disappeared”.

“The golden frame has disappeared” .. A sentence going viral over Twitter summarizing the state of citizens and their grief over the new update of the Ehteraz app, according to which the golden frame was removed from those who took the second dose 9 months ago and did not receive the third (booster) dose of the Coronavirus vaccine.

Some citizens were wondering, some skeptical, some complained and others said their goodbyes to the frame. As activist posted on Twitter the “golden frame” slogan to lead the trading trend in Qatar.

One of the tweets said that a student was prevented from entering the university, even though he had a test due to the absence of the golden frame on his phone.

Others said that when updating the Ehteraz app, some might have the golden frame back, but it disappeared for others.

Another tweeter said: “A social media celebrity tricked his followers into updating the Ehteraz app, and when they updated it the golden frame disappeared”.

and another, who apparently did not even get the vaccine doses, tweeted gloating about the disappearance of the golden frame from other people’s phones: “People are so sad for losing the golden frame, what about those who lived all this time without it, what was their situation”

Most Twitter users wondered what would happen after the disappearance of the golden frame.

“I updated the Ehteraz app and the golden frame disappeared,” a tweeter says. “Does this mean that I can’t get into malls and restaurants and I can’t travel?” Another tweeted: “Goodbye to restaurants and commercial complexes indefinitely”.

When monitoring these tweets, Al-Sharq website clarified the following facts about entering shopping malls and restaurants:

Who can obtain the golden frame?
The Ministry of Public Health clarifies that the golden frame is intended for recipients of the full vaccination doses, namely: individuals who received the two doses of the vaccine approved by the Ministry of Public Health, provided that a period of 9 months has not elapsed since receiving the second dose, as well as individuals who received the booster dose that gives the person a golden frame for another 9 months.

What about recovering people?
People recovering from Coronavirus receive the same benefits as vaccinated people under the current restrictions imposed by the epidemic, but these individuals will not get the golden frame, and to prove their recovery, these individuals can show their recovery history to the responsible authorities.

Access to malls and restaurants 
We explain here that the latest decision of the Esteemed Council of Ministers stipulates that “the work of the commercial complexes will continue to be allowed with a full capacity, and that everyone, whether or not they have completed the doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, allowing the entry of children, and allowing the opening of communal restaurant courts within the commercial complexes, and allowing to exceed (50%) of the capacity of those courts,

and allow the opening of praying halls, changing rooms and toilets in those complexes, with all shops in those complexes adhering to the maximum number of customers allowed to be present, which is determined by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. This means that those whose golden frame has disappeared in their Ehteraz app will be allowed to enter the malls.

As for restaurants, the decision stipulates that restaurants and cafés will continue to be allowed to serve food and beverages as follows:

A- A full capacity for restaurants and cafés with a “Clean Qatar” certificate, and a capacity of no more than 50% for restaurants and cafes that meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in open spaces.

B- A capacity not exceeding (75%) for restaurants and cafes with a “Clean Qatar” certificate, and a capacity of no more than (40%) for restaurants and cafes that meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, with all customers completing vaccine doses (Covid-19) and allowing children under 12 years of age to enter with their families, in closed places.

What should I do to bring back the golden frame?
To have the golden frame on your Ehteraz again, all you have to do is hurry and book an appointment to receive the third dose.

The Ministry of Public Health confirms that the booster doses are available in all health centers, and the Primary Health Care Corporation is directly contacting the people eligible to obtain the booster doses to book appointments for them.

Eligible people who have not been contacted can call the Primary Health Care Corporation hotline at 40277077 or use the “Nar’aakom” application to book an appointment, as a prior appointment must be obtained before visiting the health center.

بعد أن حل ضيفاً عزيزاً على هواتف الكثيرين طيلة العام الماضي بلونه المعروف، الذي كان مبعثاً للثقة أمام الفاحصين لحالة احتراز لفتح أبواب المؤسسات والمجمعات التجارية، وللمباهاة إزاء قرارات سابقة كانت تقصر بعض الأنشطة على المحصنين.. لكن الآن “اختفى الإطار الذهبي”.

“اختفى الإطار الذهبي” .. جملة تلخص لسان حال المواطنين وحزنهم على موقع تويتر، إزاء التحديث الجديد لتطبيق احتراز والذي أزيل بموجبه الإطار الذهبي عن الذين مر على أخذهم الجرعة الثانية 9 أشهر ولم يحصلوا على الجرعة الثالثة (المعززة) من لقاح كورونا.

ونشر ناشطون على تويتر، شعار “الاطار الذهبي” ليتصدر ترند التداول في قطر. وبين متساءل ومتشكك وشاكٍ ومودع للإطار.

وقالت إحدى المغردات إن مواطناً طالباً تم منعه من دخول الجامعة رغم أن لديه اختباراً بسبب عدم وجود الإطار الذهبي.

وقال آخرون إنه عند تحديث تطبيق احتراز قد يعود الإطار الذهبي لدى  البعض لكنه اختفى لدى آخرين.

ويقول مغرد آخر: “أحد مشاهير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خدع متابعينه لتحديث تطبيق احتراز، وعندما قاموا بتحديثه اختفى منهم الإطار الذهبي”.

وغرد مغرد ثان يبدو أنه لم يحصل أصلاً على جرعات اللقاح، وكانت تغريداته مليئة بالشماتة إزاء اختفاء الإطار الذهبي من هواتف الآخرين قائلاً: “الناس حزينون لخسارة الإطار الذهبي ماذا عن الذين عاشوا طوال هذه المدة دونه، كيف كان وضعهم”.

بينما تساءل معظم مستخدمي تويتر عن ماذا سيحدث بعد اختفاء الإطار الذهبي.. تقول مغردة: “قمت بتحديث تطبيق احتراز  واختفى الإطار الذهبي.. هل يعني هذا عدم استكاعتي الدخول إلى المولات والمطاعم ولا أستطيع السفر؟”.. وغرد آخر: “وداعاً للمطاعم والمجمعات التجارية إلى أجل مسمى”.

وعند رصد هذه التغريدات وضح موقع الشرق الحقائق التالية حول دخول المجمعات التجارية والمطاعم :

لمن الإطار  الذهبي؟
توضح وزارة الصحة العامة أن الإطار الذهبي مخصص للحاصلين على جرعات التطعيم الكاملة، وهم: الأفراد الحاصلون على جرعتي اللقاح المعتمد من قِبل وزارة الصحة العامة شريطة عدم انقضاء فترة 9 أشهر منذ الحصول على الجرعة الثانية، وكذلك الأفراد الحاصلين على الجرعة المعززة التي تمنح الشخص إطاراً ذهبياً لمدة 9 أشهر أخرى.

ماذا عن الأشخاص المتعافين؟
الأشخاص المتعافين من كورونا يحصلون على نفس مزايا المطعمين في ظل القيود الحالية المفروضة جراء الوباء، لكن هؤلاء الأفراد لن يحصلوا على الإطار الذهبي، ولإثبات التعافي، يمكن لهؤلاء الأفراد إظهار تاريخ التعافي للجهات المسئولة.

دخول المولات والمطاعم 
نوضح هنا أن آخر قرار لمجلس الوزراء الموقر ينص على “استمرار السماح بعمل المجمعات التجارية بطاقة استيعابية كاملة، والسماح بدخول الجميع سواء من استكملوا جرعات لقاح (كوفيد-19) أو لم يستكملوا، والسماح بدخول الأطفال، والسماح بفتح ساحات المطاعم المشتركة داخل المجمعات التجارية بما لا يجاوز (50%) من الطاقة الاستيعابية لتلك الساحات، والسماح بفتح المصليات وغرف تبديل الملابس ودورات المياه بتلك المجمعات، مع التزام جميع المحال بتلك المجمعات بالحد الأقصى للعملاء المسموح بتواجدهم بها والذي تحدده وزارة التجارة والصناعة. ويعني ذلك أنه سيسمح لمن اختفى الإطار الذهبي لديه في تطبيق احتراز بدخول المجمعات التجارية.

أما المطاعم، فينص القرار على استمرار السماح للمطاعم والمقاهي بتقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات وفقا لما يلي :

أ- بطاقة استيعابية كاملة للمطاعم والمقاهي الحاصلة على شهادة برنامج “قطر نظيفة”، وبطاقة استيعابية لا تجاوز (50%) للمطاعم والمقاهي التي تتوافر فيها الشروط التي تحددها وزارة التجارة والصناعة، وذلك في الأماكن المفتوحة.

ب- بطاقة استيعابية لا تجاوز (75%) للمطاعم والمقاهي الحاصلة على شهادة برنامج “قطر نظيفة”، وبطاقة استيعابية لا تجاوز (40%) للمطاعم والمقاهي التي تتوافر فيها الشروط التي تحددها وزارة التجارة والصناعة، على أن يكون جميع العملاء ممن استكملوا جرعات لقاح (كوفيد-19)، والسماح بدخول الأطفال دون (12) عاماً برفقة أسرهم فقط، وذلك في الأماكن المغلقة.

ماذا عليّ أن أفعل لأعيد الإطار الذهبي؟

لإعادة الإطار الذهبي، كل ما عليك هو الإسراع في حجز موعد والحصول على الجرعة الثالثة.

وتؤكد وزارة الصحة بأن الجرعات المعززة متوفرة في كافة المراكز الصحية، وتقوم مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالاتصال المباشر بالأشخاص المؤهلين للحصول على الجرعات المعززة لحجز مواعيد لهم، ويمكن للأشخاص المؤهلين الذين لم يتم التواصل معهم الاتصال بالخط الساخن لمؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية على الرقم 40277077 أو استخدام تطبيق “نرعاكم” لحجز موعد حيث يجب الحصول على موعد مسبق قبل زيارة المركز الصحي.
