Umrah campaigners: No increase in Umrah costs

A number of owners and managers of Umrah offices confirmed that Umrah campaigns continue at the same prices without an increase even after the recent requirements and amendments for performing Umrah in the Holy Land, explaining that it was allowed to perform the PCR test within 72 hours of travel, pointing out that the period was reduced recently to 48 hours, as this has become a new requirement that must be adhered to by the pilgrims.
In exclusive statements to Al-Raya, they stressed that eight months should have passed since receiving the second dose, and if eight months had passed since receiving it, they should take the third booster dose so that they could travel and be able to perform Umrah.
They said: The test is available in government and private health centers for everyone without the intervention of offices, explaining that the issuance of the visa and the reservation takes place first, and then the flight dates are set, as the pilgrim is notified to do a (PCR) test 48 hours before travel.

الدوحة: أكَّدَ عددٌ من أصحاب ومُديري مكاتب العمرة أنَّ حملات تسيير العُمرة مستمرةٌ بنفس الأسعار دون زيادة حتى بعد الاشتراطات والتعديلات الأخيرة الخاصة بأداء العمرة في الأراضي المقدسة، مُوضّحين أنَّه كان يسمح بعمل اختبار ال (PCR) خلال 72 ساعةً من السفر، لافتين إلى أنَّه تمَّ تقليل المدة مؤخرًا إلى 48 ساعة، حيث بات ذلك شرطًا جديدًا ينبغي الالتزام به من قِبل المُعتمرين.
وشدَّدَ هؤلاء في تصريحات خاصة لـ الراية على ضرورة ألا يكون قد مرَّ على أخذ الجرعة الثانية ثمانية أشهر، وفي حال انقضاء ثمانية أشهر على أخذها فإنَّه يجب عليهم أخذ الجرعة الثالثة المعززة ليتمكنوا من السفر لأداء العمرة.
وقالوا: إنَّ إجراء الفحص متاح بالمراكز الصحية الحكومية والخاصة للجميع بدون تدخل المكاتب، موضحين أنَّ إصدار التأشيرة والحجز يتمّان أولًا، وبعد ذلك يتم تحديد مواعيد الطيران، حيث يتم إشعار المعتمر لعمل فحص (PCR) قبل السفر ب 48 ساعة.
