Ministry of Labor Launches Fast Track Service for Electronic Labor Requests

Doha: The Ministry of Labor has announced the launch of a fast-track service for new electronic labor requests to enable companies to quickly obtain, within a few minutes, the approvals of visas to bring in workers from abroad within the specified criteria and requirements.
The service aims to support company establishment and expand activities for new and existing companies in the State of Qatar.
The ministry indicated in a statement on Sunday that only companies committed to the provisions of the Labor law can benefit from the fast-track service for new labor requests.
This new service comes as part of the Ministry of Labor’s efforts to develop procedures for requesting the recruitment of labor for the private sector, its policy to develop smart electronic services, improve the system of electronic services in the labor sector, and contribute to facilitating and speeding up the completion of services provided to its clients.
To benefit from the new fast track service, newly established companies submit an application that contains the details of the required labor in accordance with the requirements of the establishment of the company.
Existing companies can also benefit from the service by submitting an application containing the details of the required labor that is compatible with the activity and size of the facility and its natural growth, according to determinants and criteria based on rates of increase in employment in similar establishments.
According to the ministry, applying for the fast-track service for new labor requests requires a smart card to verify the identity of the facility official to access the service through the national authentication system, in addition to completing the registration of basic request data from contact data, describing the justifications for labor requirements, and recording the details of the required labor specifications, detailed by profession, type and number in line with the actual need for establishments, whether newly established or existing establishments, and then reviewing the application and sending it after confirming the details of the required labor.
Owners and representatives of companies can also apply for the fast track service through the services of the Ministry of Labor on the Qatar e-government portal “Hukoomi”.
The Ministry of Labor confirmed its endeavor to launch a comprehensive electronic system for all the services it provides during the coming period, leading to paperless services, in a manner that ensures the speed of procedures, especially for companies committed to the provisions of the law.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة العمل عن إطلاق خدمة المسار السريع لطلبات العمالة الجديدة إلكترونيا، لتمكين الشركات من الحصول وبشكل سريع خلال دقائق معدودة على موافقات تأشيرات استقدام العمالة من الخارج ضمن المعايير والاشتراطات المحددة، بهدف دعم تأسيس الأعمال وتوسيع الانشطة للمنشآت الجديدة والقائمة في دولة قطر.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان يوم أمس أنه يمكن فقط للشركات الملتزمة بأحكام قانون العمل ، الاستفادة من خدمة المسار السريع لطلبات العمالة الجديدة.
وتأتي هذه الخدمة الجديدة ضمن جهود وزارة العمل في تطوير إجراءات طلب استقدام العمالة للقطاع الخاص، بالإضافة إلى سياستها لتطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية الذكية والارتقاء بمنظومة الخدمات الإلكترونية في قطاع العمل، والإسهام في تيسير وسرعة انجاز الخدمات المقدمة للمتعاملين معها.
ويستفيد من خدمة المسار السريع الجديدة ، الشركات حديثة التأسيس، حيث تستطيع التقدم بطلب يحتوي تفاصيل العمالة المطلوبة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات تأسيس الشركة.
كما تستفيد من الخدمة أيضا الشركات القائمة، من خلال تقديم طلب يحتوي تفاصيل العمالة المطلوبة والمتوافقة مع نشاط وحجم المنشأة ونموها الطبيعي، وفقا لمحددات ومعايير ترتكز على معدلات زيادة العمالة في المنشآت المتشابهة.
وبحسب الوزارة فإن التقدم لخدمة المسار السريع لطلبات العمالة الجديدة ، يتطلب وجود بطاقة ذكية للتحقق من هوية مسؤول المنشأة للدخول على الخدمة من خلال نظام التوثيق الوطني، بالإضافة إلى استكمال تسجيل بيانات الطلب الأساسية من بيانات الاتصال، ووصف مبررات المتطلبات العمالية، وتسجيل تفاصيل مواصفات العمالة المطلوبة مفصلة حسب المهنة والنوع والعدد بما يتوافق مع الاحتياج الفعلي للمنشآت سواء حديثة التأسيس والمنشآت القائمة، ومن ثم مراجعة الطلب وتفاصيله وإرساله بعد تأكيد تفاصيل العمالة المطلوبة.
كما يمكن لأصحاب وممثلي الشركات التقدم لخدمة المسار السريع عن طريق خدمات وزارة العمل على بوابة حكومة قطر الإلكترونية “حكومي”.
وأكدت وزارة العمل سعيها لإطلاق منظومة إلكترونية شاملة لكافة الخدمات التي تقدمها خلال الفترة المقبلة، وصولا إلى خدمات بدون ورق، بما يضمن سرعة الإجراءات، لا سيما للشركات الملتزمة بأحكام القانون.
