Complaints: Ehteraz app malfunction “green status with a positive result!”

Doha: Social media users complained via Al-Sharq website about the delay in the Covid-19 test results, in addition to a malfunction of the Ehteraz app where the status stays green, even if you are tested positive, noting that this eases their movement throughout the country, but it spreads the infection.
One of the complainants said in a letter to the Ministry of Public Health, Tuesday’s evening: “My wife has done the PCR test on Sunday, and we have not received the results yet, How long should we wait? Is it okay for her to go to her work normally? what is the solution?”
People held the Ministry of Public Health responsible for the spread of the Coronavirus, due to the delay in informing patients of their test results, and the all green status on the Ehteraz app, as one tweeted: “Oh, the Ministry of Public Health, cases are increasing because of you. People are doing their Covid-19 tests, yet, the Ehteraz status is green, so they roam the country, spreading the disease, while the interior forces don’t know how many people are being infected.. MOPH I wish you’d wake up”
one of the tweeters published a picture of the “Ehteraz” indicating a green status, though the result of the test is “positive,” saying – through a post directed to the Ministry of Public Health – “Can you explain to us how Ehteraz is green and the result is positive? I mean, is it normal to now roam and spread the disease?”
The Ministry of Public Health, did not respond to the complaints of the tweeters through its accounts on social media.

اشتكى رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لموقع الشرق من تأخر إبلاغهم بنتيجة فحص فيروس كورونا، بالإضافة إلى استمرار احتراز باللون الأخصر، مشيرين إلى أن ذلك يمنحهم حرية الحركة، لكنه ينشر العدوى حال كانت النتيجة إيجابية.
قال أحد المشتكين في رسالة إلى وزارة الصحة العامة، مساء الأمس: “زوجتي مسويه فحص بي سي آر من يوم الأحد ولحد الآن ما طلعت النتيجة.. لين متى تنتظر أو تداوم عادي ايش الحل”.
وحمّل متابعون وزارة الصحة العامة مسؤولية انتشار فيروس كورونا، بسبب تأخر إبلاغ المرضى بنتيجة الفحص، واستمرار لون تطبيق احتراز “أخضر”، حيث قال مغرد: “يا وزارة الصحة الحالات في تزايد بسببكم كل شخص يسوي فحص ما طلعت نتيجته احترازه يتم أخضر ويهايط من مكان لمكان وكم شخص يخالط حتى رجال الداخلية ما يعرفون عنه صح النوم”.
ونشر أحد المغردين صورة لتطبيق “احتراز” تشير إلى أن التطبيق لونه أخضر، لكن نتيجة الفحص “إيجابي”، قائلًا -عبر تدوينة موجهة لوزارة الصحة العامة- “ممكن تشرحون لنا شلون الاحتراز أخضر ونتيجة الفحص إيجابية؟ يعني عادي يطلع وينشر الوباء؟”.
ولم ترد وزارة الصحة العامة عبر حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على شكاوى المغردين.
