Number, Value of Sold Real Estate Surge in November

Doha: The total number and value of sold real estate have increased at a monthly rate of 2.8 percent and 28.2 percent, respectively (compared to October 2021) as well as an increase in issued cash at a monthly rate of 3.0 percent (compared to October 2021), and at an annual rate of 20.7 percent (compared to November 2020).

The Planning and Statistics Authority’s 95th (Qatar; Monthly Statistics) bulletin showed that among other prominent changes is the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), as the General Household Consumption Index increased by 1.34 percent (compared to October 2021), while the largest increase was in entertainment and culture by 7.92 percent to reach 100.0 in November 2021.

The demographic statistics revealed that the total population of Qatar has decreased from 2.72 million during November 2020 to 2.69 million at end of November 2021.

Regarding to Vital Statistics, 1958 live births have been registered during November 2021. Also, a decrease in the total Qatari live births by 13.3 percent compared to last month. On the other hand, 203 deaths were recorded during the same period, a decrease of 5.6 percent compared to October 2021.

Moreover, November 2021 has experienced a monthly increase by 0.5 percent and 6.7 percent in marriage contracts and divorce certificates respectively. The total number of marriage contracts was 389 contracts, whereas the total No. of divorces has reached 174 divorce cases.

As for the Social Security statements, reached QR79 Million in November 2021, for 14058 beneficiaries, Recording a monthly increase of 3.9 percent for the value of social security and a monthly increase of 2.0 percent for the number of beneficiaries of Social Security.

Total electricity consumption during November 2021 was 3543.1 GWh attaining a monthly decrease of 22.5 percent and an annual increase of 8.5 percent. While the total water consumption has reached 53528.9 Thousand m3 during the same month attaining a monthly decrease of 7.4 percent and an annual decrease of 2.4 percent.

As for the Banking Sector; Total Broad Money Supply (M2) recorded about QR619.3 Billion during November 2021, an annual increase of 6.2 percent compared with November 2020. On the other hand, cash equivalents; including Commercial Bank Deposits, attained for QR963.8 Billion during November 2021. The figure has recorded an annual increase of 8.9 percent compared to November 2020, when deposits recorded approximately QR884.8 Billion.

Regarding the data of buildings permits issued, the total number of permits has reached 802 permits during November 2021, recording a monthly increase of 17.1 percent and an annual increase of 5.2 percent.

The total number of registered new vehicles during November 2021 has reached 6882 new vehicles. The figure showed a monthly increase of 1.6 percent and an annual increase of 35.8 percent.

Traffic accidents cases without counting the accidents without injuries, a total of 748 traffic cases were recorded during November 2021, showing a monthly increase of 4.8 percent and an annual increase by 25.1 percent. Light injuries are accounted for the vast majority of traffic accidents cases during the same month, with 91 percent, followed by severe injuries by 7 percent. However, 14 deaths were recorded, equivalent to only 2 percent of total traffic accidents cases.

الدوحة: ارتفع إجمالي أعداد وقيم العقارات المباعة خلال شهر نوفمبر الماضي داخل الدولة بمعدل شهري مقداره 2.8 بالمئة و28.2 بالمئة على التوالي (عن شهر أكتوبر 2021)، إضافة إلى ارتفاع النقد المصدر بمعدل شهري بلغ 3 بالمئة عن (أكتوبر 2021)، كما ارتفع سنوياً بنسبة 20.7 بالمئة (عن شهر نوفمبر 2020).

وأكد العدد الـ 95 من نشرة (قطر إحصاءات شهرية) التي يصدرها جهاز التخطيط والإحصاء (وهي عبارة عن سلسلة من النشرات الإحصائية التي تصدر بشكل شهري) ارتفاع الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك، حيث ارتفع الرقم القياسي للاستهلاك العائلي العام بنسبة 1.34 بالمئة عن شهر أكتوبر 2021، وكان الارتفاع الأكبر في التسلية والثقافة بمقدار 7.92 بالمئة خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021.

وأوضحت البيانات الديموغرافية انخفاض إجمالي السكان المتواجدين في الدولة من 2.72 مليون نسمة في نوفمبر 2020 إلى 2,69 مليون نسمة في نوفمبر 2021.

وفيما يخص الإحصاءات الحيوية فقد بلغ إجمالي المواليد أحياء 1958 مولوداً خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021، وسجل إجمالي المواليد الأحياء القطريين انخفاضاً بنسبة 13.3 بالمئة عن الشهر الماضي، في حين بلغ إجمالي عدد الوفيات 203 حالة وفاة مسجلة انخفاضاً نسبته 5.6 بالمئة عن شهر أكتوبر 2021.

وشهد شهر نوفمبر 2021 ارتفاعاً شهرياً بنسبة 0.5 بالمئة و6.7 بالمئة في إجمالي عقود الزواج وإجمالي شهادات الطلاق على التوالي، حيث بلغ إجمالي عدد عقود الزواج 389 عقد زواج، في حين بلغ إجمالي عدد شهادات الطلاق 174 حالة طلاق.

أما عن بيانات الضمان الاجتماعي فقد بلغت قيمته 79 مليون ريال قطري في نوفمبر 2021 لعدد 14058 مستفيدا، مسجلاً ارتفاعاً شهرياً قدره 3.9 بالمئة لقيمة الضمان الاجتماعي وارتفاعاً شهرياً بلغ 2.0 بالمئة لعدد المستفيدين من الضمان الاجتماعي.

وقد بلغ استهلاك الكهرباء خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021 حوالي 3543.1 جيجا واط في الساعة، مسجلاً انخفاضا ًشهرياً بنسبة 22.5 بالمئة وارتفاعاً سنوياً قدره 8.5 بالمئة . بينما بلغ إجمالي استهلاك المياه 53528.9 ألف متر مكعب خلال الشهر نفسه، مسجلاً بذلك انخفاضاً شهرياً بنسبة 7.4 بالمئة ، وانخفاضاً سنوياً بلغ 2.4 بالمئة .

أما بشأن القطاع المصرفي، فقد بلغت قيمة عرض النقد الواسع حوالي 619.3 مليار ريال خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021 مسجلةً بذلك ارتفاعاً سنوياً بلغت نسبته 6.2 بالمئة مقارنة بشهر نوفمبر 2020، بينما بلغت قيمة شبه النقد الذي يشمل ودائع البنوك التجارية حوالي 963.8 مليار ريال قطري خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021 مسجلاً بذلك ارتفاعاً سنوياً بلغت نسبته 8.9 بالمئة مقارنة بشهر نوفمبر2020، حيث بلغ إجمالي الودائع حينها حوالي 884.8 مليار ريال قطري.

وفيما يخص بيانات رخص البناء الصادرة، فقد بلغ إجمالي عدد الرخص 802 رخصة خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021 مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعاً شهرياً بلغت نسبته 17.1 بالمئة ، وارتفاعاً سنوياً قدره 5.2 بالمئة .

وفيما يتعلق بالمركبات الجديدة المسجلة، فقد أوضحت النشرة أن مجموع المركبات المسجلة خلال شهر نوفمبر2021 بلغ 6882 مركبة جديدة مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعاً شهرياً بنسبة 1.6 بالمئة ، وارتفاعاً سنوياً قدره 35.8 بالمئة .

وبالنسبة للبيانات المتعلقة بقضايا الحوادث المرورية دون احتساب الحوادث بلا إصابات، فقد بلغ إجمالي عددها 748 خلال شهر نوفمبر 2021، مسجلاً بذلك ارتفاعاً شهرياً بنسبة 4.8 بالمئة . وارتفاعاً سنوياً قدره 25.1 بالمئة ، وقد سجلت الإصابات الخفيفة الغالبية العظمى من قضايا الحوادث المرورية خلال نفس الشهر بنسبة 91 بالمئة تليها الإصابات البليغة بنسبة 7 بالمئة ، أما بالنسبة للوفيات فقد بلغت 14 حالة وفاة تعادل 2 بالمئة فقط من إجمالي قضايا الحوادث المرورية.
