UDC Signs Shareholder Agreement with Ruzgar Healthcare

Doha: United Development Company (UDC), has announced the signing of a shareholder agreement with Ruzgar Healthcare Holding LLC to establish and operate The Pearl International Hospital at The Pearl Island.
The agreement was signed by UDC President, CEO and Member of The Board Ibrahim Jassim Al-Othman, and Chairman of Ruzgar Healthcare Holding Oktay Ercan.
The Pearl International Hospital which will be located in Medina Centrale will span 11,000 sqm hosting all medical specialties with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, superior medical services and skilled professionals to provide clinical excellence and patient-centered care. The prestigious general hospital is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Commenting on the agreement, Al-Othman stated: “The Pearl International Hospital represents a new milestone in the added-value services and facilities that UDC is introducing for residents of The Pearl Island. The partnership with Ruzgar Healthcare will specifically set new standards for state-of-the-art medical services and will offer an unrivalled patient experience in Qatar. In addition to the new hospital, UDC is also finalizing the development of United School International in the aim of making the Island an all-inclusive development.”
For his part, Oktay Ercan stated that by partnering with UDC, Ruzgar Healthcare embarks on a new solid investment milestone which will indeed set new high standards for medical services that match the expectations of The Pearl Island community.

الدوحة: وقعت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية عقد شراكة مع شركة روزقار هيلثكير القابضة لإنشاء وإدارة “مستشفى اللؤلؤة الدولي” في جزيرة اللؤلؤة.
ووقع العقد السيد إبراهيم جاسم العثمان الرئيس التنفيذي وعضو مجلس إدارة الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، والسيد أوكتاي إرسان رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة روزقار هيلثكير القابضة.
ويمتد “مستشفى اللؤلؤة الدولي” على مساحة 11 ألف متر مربع في منطقة مدينا سنترال، حيث سيوفر هذا الصرح الطبي المتميز، والذي من المقرر افتتاحه في الربع الأخير من عام 2022، جميع التخصصات الطبية، بالإضافة إلى أحدث المعدات والمرافق، ومجموعة شاملة من الخدمات الطبية بإشراف طاقم طبي متخصص يحمل خبرة واسعة في تقديم أفضل رعاية للمرضى.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال السيد إبراهيم جاسم العثمان إن مشروع مستشفى اللؤلؤة الدولي “يمثل إنجازا جديدا على مستوى الخدمات والمرافق المتميزة التي تقدمها الشركة المتحدة للتنمية لتلبية احتياجات سكان جزيرة اللؤلؤة، كما أن الشراكة مع شركة روزقار ستشكل معيارا جديدا للخدمات الطبية المتطورة، وتوفر تجربة رعاية صحية فريدة في قطر”، لافتا أنه بالإضافة إلى المستشفى الجديد، شارفت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية على المراحل الأخيرة من تطوير /مدرسة المتحدة الدولية/، مما يعزز جهود الشركة المستمرة لجعل جزيرة اللؤلؤة وجهة شاملة ومتكاملة.
من جانبه، ذكر السيد أوكتاي إرسان أن الشراكة مع الشركة المتحدة للتنمية تمثل إنجازا استثماريا قويا من شأنه أن يرتقي بمستوى الخدمات الطبية، ليتناسب مع تطلعات واحتياجات سكان جزيرة اللؤلؤة.
