Procedures required of citizens and residents to perform umrah

Doha: Mr. Ali Sultan Almusafri, Director of hajj and umrah department at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, revealed the procedures required of citizens and residents to perform umrah as follows:

• Registration on Muqeem platform 72 hours before entering Saudi Arabia.
• Registration on Tawakkalna and Eatmarna apps, with the aim of obtaining an electronic permit to perform umrah and pray in Al-Haram Al-Makki.
• In the event of a defect in these applications, the Qatari pilgrims must go to the Inaya Center to obtain the bracelet.
• The procedure for residents is exactly the same but through umrah offices accredited in the State.

Almusafri said in an interview with Qatar TV’s Our Lives program last night that the ministry’s accredited umrah offices are 11 and citizens and residents can access the ministry’s website and check these offices and obtain their information to communicate with them.

He stressed the importance of registering in umrah performance applications before going to Mecca, explaining that Muqeem platform is specialized in covid-19 vaccine data in terms of the type of vaccine used and the date of receipt of doses. Tawakkalna platform specializes in the health status of the pilgrim and through which he can enter alHaram Al-Makki to perform umrah and can not do anything without this application, pointing out that it is similar to Ehteraz app.

الدوحة: كشف السيد علي سلطان المسيفري، مدير إدارة الحج والعمرة بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية عن الإجراءات المطلوبة من المواطنين والمقيمين لأداء العمرة وهي كالتالي:

• التسجيل في منصة مقيم قبل الدخول إلى السعودية بـ 72 ساعة.
• التسجيل في تطبيقات توكلنا واعتمرنا وهذا بهدف الحصول على تصريح الكتروني لأداء العمرة والصلاة في الحرم.
• في حال وجود خلل في هذه التطبيقات يجب على المعتمر القطري التوجه الى “مركز عناية” للحصول على الاسورة.
• الإجراء للمقيمين هي نفسها تماماً ولكن عن طريق مكاتب العمرة المعتمدة في الدولة.

وقال المسيفري في حديث لبرنامج حياتنا عبر تلفزيون قطر مساء أمس، إن مكاتب العمرة المعتمدة لدى الوزارة عددها 11 مكتبا وبإمكان المواطنين والمقيمين الدخول على موقع الوزارة والتأكد من هذه المكاتب واخذ بياناتها للتواصل معها.

واكد المسيفري على أهمية التسجيل في تطبيقات أداء العمرة قبل التوجه لمكة المكرمة، موضحا أن منصة مقيم مختصة ببيانات لقاح كوفيد – 19 من حيث نوع اللقاح المستخدم وتاريخ تلقي الجرعات. ومنصة توكلنا تختص بالحالة الصحية للمعتمر ويستطيع من خلالها الدخول إلى الحرم لأداء العمرة ولا يستطيع القيام بأي عمل بدون هذا التطبيق لافتا إلى انه يشبه تطبيق احتراز.
