UDC Sign Major Retail Leasing Agreements

Doha: United Development Company (UDC) signed major retail leasing agreements as part of its participation in the 9th edition of Cityscape Qatar 2021 while continuing to achieve remarkable sales on Crystal Residence apartments launched exclusively at the event.
UDC has signed a contract with LuLu Group to open LuLu Hypermarket in Giardino Mall at The Pearl-Qatar covering an area of 13,000 sqm in addition to LuLu Supermarket and retail brands at Gewan Island on an area of 700 sqm.
UDC also concluded an agreement with its subsidiary, Hospitality Development Company (HDC) to open Spontini restaurant at Gewan Island and Burger & Lobster in Porto Arabia at The Pearl-Qatar.
On the exhibitions second day, UDC further signed leasing agreements with Ariane Holding to open Qatars first Sainsbury Supermarket “Mowneh” in Al Mutahidah Towers at The Pearl-Qatar which will cover an area of 1,200 sqm, and with Al Maha Global to open “Kernel &Roast” gourmet store in Porto Arabia also at The Pearl-Qatar, in addition to a local coffeeshop concept Cafe de Reve at Gewan Island.
More retail concepts will be revealed on the exhibitions closing day, demonstrating The Pearl-Qatars position as a leading leisure and shopping destination and Gewan Island as Qatars most exclusive and promising luxury address.
The Pearl-Qatar houses more than 350 brands operating across the Islands main retail hubs, each offering a unique experience.

الدوحة: وقعت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، اتفاقيات لتأجير مساحات تجارية رئيسية ضمن مشاركتها في النسخة التاسعة من معرض /سيتي سكيب قطر2021/ مع الاستمرار في تحقيق مبيعات ملحوظة على شقق كريستال ريزيدنس التي تم إطلاقها حصريا في المعرض.
وبموجب العقد الذي وقعته الشركة المتحدة للتنمية مع مجموعة اللولو، سيتم افتتاح لولو هايبر ماركت في جياردينو مول بجزيرة /اللؤلؤة-قطر/ على مساحة 13000 متر مربع، بالإضافة إلى سوبر ماركت ومحلات اللولو التجارية في /جزيرة جيوان/ على مساحة 700 متر مربع.
كما وقعت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية اتفاقية تأجير مع شركة تنمية الضيافة التابعة لها لافتتاح مطعم /سبونتيني/ في جزيرة جيوان ومطعم /برجر آند لوبستر/ في بورتو أرابيا في جزيرة /اللؤلؤة-قطر/.
وفي ذات السياق، أبرمت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية اتفاقية مع شركة أريان القابضة لافتتاح أول سوبرماركت سينسبري /مونه/ في أبراج المتحدة في جزيرة /اللؤلؤة-قطر/ على مساحة 1200 متر مربع ومع شركة المها الدولية لافتتاح محل /كرنل آند روست/ للمأكولات والمنتجات الفاخرة أيضا بجزيرة /اللؤلؤة-قطر/ في منطقة بورتو أرابيا، إلى جانب تأجير مقهى /كافيه دي راف/ في جزيرة جيوان.
ومن المرتقب أن يتم الكشف عن المزيد من العلامات التجارية المتميزة في اليوم الختامي للمعرض، مما يدل على حفاظ جزيرة /اللؤلؤة-قطر/ على مكانتها كوجهة رائدة للترفيه والتسوق، وعن الاهتمام الكبير الذي تحظى به جزيرة جيوان باعتبارها من أبرز المشاريع الواعدة في قطر.
وتضم جزيرة /اللؤلؤة-قطر/ حاليا أكثر من 350 علامة تجارية موزعة على المناطق التجارية الرئيسية بالجزيرة.
