Citizens complain about camping sites: “Municipality forced us to areas we didn’t choose”
مواطنون يشكون التخييم: اختاروا مناطق والبلدية أجبرتهم على مناطق أخرى

Citizens who submitted their pre-registration for camping this year were surprised that the areas they got the approval for were not the ones they registered for camping.
Citizens said – in response to the announcement of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment about the start of the camping season and that camp owners must be listed according to the registered applications in each area – the areas they received letters of approval for, were not the areas they chose.
A number of citizens tweeted, that they chose Al Mazroua area for camping, and were surprised by the approvals for Rawdat Rashid, Sealine and Al Shahaniya, noting that the initial registration, as announced by municipal officials, was with the aim of obtaining the correct information and not to give citizens areas according to areas they were forced to choose.
It seems that the Al Mazrouah area was the most desirable campsite among citizens, as most of the complaints about not receiving approval letters was for wanting to camp in this area.
Citizens also tweeted that they have been camping for 5 and 10 years in Al Mazroa area, but they were surprised this season by being transferred to other areas.
The Ministry of Municipality and Environment announced the names of camp owners for this year’s season (2022/2021) according to the applications registered in each region during the initial submission period from October 3rd to 10th, with the start of the registration process for the first day of the winter camping season on Sunday (October 17th).
The ministry noted – in a tweet – that due to the limited places in some camping areas, other alternative areas registered by the applicants were chosen within their wishes, in order to provide the opportunity for everyone to camp this season.
The ministry also called on all campers to abide by the following:
– Obtaining a camping permit.
– Visit the nearest land or naval unit to help determine the coordinates of the camp.
– Committing to the days allocated to each region.
– Pay insurance and camping fees.

فوجئ مواطنون قدموا في التسجيل المسبق للتخييم هذا العام، بأن المناطق التي تم تسجيلهم فيها ليست هي التي اختاورها للتخييم .
وقال مواطنون – رداً على إعلان وزارة البلدية والبيئة حول انطلاق موسم التخييم وتسجيل أصحاب المخيمات حسب الرغبات المسجلة في كل منطقة – إنهم لم يختاورا هذه المناطق التي وصلهم رسائل بالموافقة عليها .
وأضاف عدد منهم على حساباتهم بتويتر إنهم اختاروا منطقة المزروعة للتخييم ففوجئوا بالموافقات على روضة راشد وسيلين والشحانية، مشيرين إلى أن التسجيل المبدئي كما أعلن مسؤولو وزارة البلدية كان بهدف الحصول على المعلومات الصحيحة وليس لإعطاء المواطنين مناطق حسب رغبات أجبروا على اختيارها .
ويبدو أن منطقة المزروعة كانت الأكثر اختيارياً لدى المواطنين إذ أن أغلب الشكاوى من عدم تلبية الرغبة بالتخييم في هذه المنطقة .
ويقول مواطنون على تويتر إنهم يخيمون منذ 5 و10 سنوات بمنطقة المزروعة إلا أنهم فوجئوا هذا الموسم بنقلهم إلى مناطق أخرى .
وأعلنت وزارة البلدية والبيئة عن أسماء أصحاب المخيمات لموسم هذا العام (2022/2021) حسب الرغبات المسجلة في كل منطقة خلال فترة التقديم المبدئي من 3 إلى 10 أكتوبر الجاري ، وذلك مع انطلاق عملية التسجيل لليوم الأول لموسم التخييم الشتوي الأحد (17 أكتوبر).
وقالت الوزارة – في تنويه نشرته على حسابها بموقع تويتر – إنه نظرا لمحدودية الأماكن في بعض مناطق التخييم، فقد تم اختيار المناطق الأخرى البديلة التي سجلها المتقدمون ضمن رغباتهم، وذلك لإتاحة فرصة التخييم للجميع لهذا الموسم.
كما أهابت الوزارة بجميع المخيمين الالتزام بالاتي :
-الحصول على تصريح التخييم.
-زيارة أقرب وحدة برية او بحرية للمساعدة في تحديد الإحداثيات الخاصة بالمخيم.
– الالتزام بالايام المخصصة لكل منطقة.
-دفع رسوم التأمين والتخييم.
