Doha: The Korean series Squid Game has been a huge success in attracting millions of viewers from around the world after it aired on Netflix. The games in the series have gained worldwide popularity, especially since many people have tried to imitate them.
Today, “Dalguna” biscuits no longer have the same name globally, but are called Squid Game biscuits, and have been adopted and sold in many confectionery stores in many foreign and Arab countries.
To prepare the Squid Game biscuits, you’re going to need:
– Half a cup of sugar.
– 1/4 spoon of baking soda.
– A template in the form of a star, triangle, circle, etc.
The method of preparation is:
Over medium heat, place the sugar in a pan and continue stirring, when you notice that the sugar is melting, reduce the heat and continue stirring until the sugar changes color and becomes golden brown.
Continue stirring until the liquid is transparent without granules.
Add baking soda to liquid sugar and stir well.
Pour the liquid into a tray to form a circle, then use the mold you want (star, triangle or circle) to make a mark in the center of the circle, then leave it to cool to harden.

واليوم لم يعد بسكويت “دالغونا” يحمل نفس الاسم عالمياً، بل أصبح اسمه بسكويت Squid Game أو بسكويت لعبة الحبار، وتم اعتماده وبيعه في العديد من محال الحلويات في العديد من الدول الأجنبية والعربية.
وبالنسبة لطريقة بسكويت “لعبة
الحبار” ستحتاجون إلى:
-نصف كوب من سكر.
-ربع ملعقة من صودا الخبز.
-قالب على شكل نجمة أو مثلث أو دائرة أو غيرها.
وأما طريقة التحضير هي:
على نار متوسطة، ضع السكر في مقلاة واستمر في التحريك، عندما تلاحظ أن السكر أخذ في الذوبان خفف الحرارة واستمر في التحريك حتى يتغير لون السكر ويصبح بنياً مائلاً إلى الذهبي.
استمر في التحريك حتى يصبح السائل شفافاً من دون حبيبات.
أضف صودا الخبز إلى السكر السائل وحرك السائل جيداً.
اسكب السائل في صينية لتتشكل معك دائرة، ثم قم باستخدام القالب الذي تريده (نجمة أو مثلث أو دائرة) لصنع علامة في وسط الدائرة، ثم اتركها حتى تبرد لتقسو وتصبح جاهزة للأكل.
