Qatar’s number of visitors from GCC countries rises significantly in July

Doha: The number of visitors to Qatar from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) during July increased significantly, registering 14,641 visitors.

According to the latest statistics issued by the Planning and Statistics Authority, July recorded 14,641 visitors from the GCC countries, up from 8,824 in June.

This comes at a time when the number of visitors to Qatar from Arab countries decreased, recording 875 visitors during July, down from 1,300 visitors in June.

Asian countries topped the number of visitors to Qatar with 19,587 visitors.

الدوحة: سجل عدد الزوار القادمين إلى دولة قطر من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال شهر يوليو الماضي ارتفاعاً كبيراً مسجلاً 14 ألفاً و641 زائراً .

ووفق آخر الإحصائيات التي أصدرها جهاز التخطيط والإحصاء، فقد سجل شهر يوليو 14 ألفاً و641 زائراً من دول مجلس التعاون بعد أن كان 8 آلاف و824 زائراً خلال شهر يونيو .

يأتي ذلك في حين انخفض عدد زوار قطر من الدول العربية مسجلاً 875 زائراً خلال شهر يوليو الماضي، بعد أن كان 1300 زائر خلال شهر يونيو.

وتصدرت الدول الآسيوية عدد الزوار إلى قطر ب 19 ألفا و587 زائراً .
