GCO clarifies interactive COVID-19 travel measures guide

Doha: The Government Communications Office has clarified the interactive Covid-19 travel measures to find out the documents required to facilitate access through Qatar’s ports.
Through its Twitter account, it requested to visit the government communications office’s website to find out the required documents and travel preparations to facilitate access through Qatar’s outlets and to see the Interactive Check-in Guide for Covid-19, which is updated periodically in accordance with the procedures adopted in the State.
Interactive COVID-19 travel measures Guide:
1 – Are you a Qatari citizen, Qatari resident or GCC citizen?
2 – Are you fully vaccinated with one of the following MOPH-approved vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna (Spikefax), AstraZeneca (Coveshield/Oxford/Vaxepheria), Jansen/Johnson & Johnson, or Sinopharm*
Or have you recovered from COVID-19 in Qatar or a GCC country within the past 12 months?
3 – Are you travelling with children 11 years old and under?
4 – Are you travelling with children between the ages of 12-17 years old?
5 – Which country are you travelling from?
6- Please select all countries you have travelled to in the 10 days prior to your arrival in Qatar Please press the Ctrl button (or cmd/command if you are using an Apple device) to select several options.
Then click send, to show a list of actions that includes:
Conduct a PCR test proving that they are free of Covid-19 up to 72 hours before reaching Qatar, from a medical center accredited by the local Ministry of Health in the country of departure.
Pre-register online via the dedicated website (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) at least (12) hours before travel and download the required official documents. (Optional for citizens and residents)
Passengers who have taken one of the recognized vaccines must submit the original vaccination certificate, which shall include the following information:
- Name of the passenger and it must match the passport.
- Dose dates according to type of the vaccine (one dose for Jansen vaccine and two doses for other vaccines).
- Type/name of the vaccine.
- Lot number of the vaccine (if any).
- Official logo or seal of the vaccination authority
Recovered citizens and residents:
Citizens and residents from a previous infection within the last (12) months are exempt from quarantine upon return from abroad if they were asymptomatic, and their PCR test result is negative. Travellers from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines or Sri Lanka should see the additional instructions below.
This rule shall apply to the individuals diagnosed in Qatar only, while those diagnosed in any of GCC countries who have received at least one dose of recognized vaccines by MoPH Qatar, shall be exempt from quarantine provided that a valid official certificate with a detailing the previous infection, issued by the local Ministry of Health in the GCC, is presented. Travellers from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines or Sri Lanka should see the additional instructions below.
Conditionally approved vaccines:
Travelers who got two doses of Sinopharm shall undergo antibody test upon arrival, if the result is positive, they shall be exempt from the quarantine requirements; if the result is negative, the passenger will be required to do PCR test upon arrival and must undergo quarantine based on the classification of the departure country.
** Travellers from red list countries (excluding Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, or Sri Lanka):
• The traveler is excluded from quarantine if he or she receives vaccine doses approved by the Ministry of Public Health and (14) days have passed after receiving the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or one dose in the case of a single-dose vaccine.
• Vaccinated passengers from red list countries are subject to PCR screening at their own expense upon arrival at Hamad International Airport or land port, the passenger must comply with the isolation protocol if the result is positive.
** Children of citizens and residents of Qatar
Unvaccinated children travelling with their fully vaccinated parents between the ages of 0 and 17 are subject to 10 days of home quarantine if they come from red-listed countries.
** Children of Citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council
• Unvaccinated children travelling with their vaccinated GCC citizens who do not have a Qatari residency are subject to hotel quarantine for 10 days if they come from red-listed countries.
** Travelers coming from the following Special Risk 6-Country Zone (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka):
• Vaccinated Travellers or travellers who have recovered from Covid-19 are subjected to hotel quarantine for two days, and the quarantine expires after obtaining a negative PCR test on the second day. Travellers from the above-mentioned countries must be vaccinated to enter Qatar.
• Children aged 0-17 from the above-mentioned countries are subject to hotel quarantine for two days.
الدوحة: أوضح مكتب الاتصال الحكومي إجراءات السفر التفاعلي الخاص بفيروس كورونا “كوفيد-19” لمعرفة المستندات المطلوبة لتسهيل عملية الدخول عبر منافذ دولة قطر.
وطالب عبر حسابه بموقع تويتر بزيارة موقع مكتب الاتصال الحكومي لمعرفة المستندات المطلوبة واستعدادات السفر لتسهيل عملية الدخول عبر منافذ دولة قطر وللإطلاع على دليل إجراءات السفر التفاعلي الخاص بكوفيد-19 الذي يتم تحديثه بشكل دوري وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة في الدولة.
دليل إجراءات السفر التفاعلي الخاص بكوفيد-19:
1- هل أنت مواطن قطري، أو مقيم في دولة قطر، أو من مواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؟
2- هل استكملت التطعيم بأحد اللقاحات التالية المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة:
لقاح فايزر/بايونتيك (كوميرناتي)، أو لقاح موديرنا (سبايكفاكس)، أو لقاح أسترازينيكا (كوفيشيلد / أكسفورد / فاكسزيفريا)، أو لقاح جانسين / جونسون آند جونسون، أو لقاح سينافورم*؟
– أو هل تعافيت من كوفيد-19 في دولة قطر أو في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال الإثني عشر شهراً الماضية؟
3- هل أنت مسافر بصحبة أطفال دون 11 عاماً من العمر؟
4- هل أنت مسافر بصحبة أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين 12 و17 عاماً؟
5- ما هي جهة القدوم؟
6- الرجاء تحديد جميع الدول التي سافرت إليها في الأيام العشرة السابقة حتى وصولك إلى دولة قطر، موضحاً أنه يرجى الضغط على زر Ctrl (أو cmd/command إذا كنتم تستخدمون جهاز آبل) لتحديد عدة خيارات.
ثم الضغط على إرسال، لتظهر قائمة بالإجراءات تتضمن ما يلي:
** يجب إجراء فحص (PCR) يثبت خلو المسافر من كوفيد- 19 قبل 72 ساعة كحد أقصى من الوصول لدولة قطر في مركز طبي معتمد لدى وزارة الصحة المحلية في بلد القدوم.
** لتسهيل إجراءات الدخول إلى دولة قطر، يمكن للمسافرين التسجيل عبر منصة احتراز الإلكترونية (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) قبل 12 ساعة على الأقل من موعد السفر وتحميل الوثائق الرسمية المطلوبة. ويعتبر التسجيل عبر منصة احتراز اختيارياً للمواطنين القطريين والمقيمين في دولة قطر، فيما يعتبر إلزامياً لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
** يتعين على المسافرين الحاصلين على أحد اللقاحات المرخصة تقديم شهادة التطعيم الأصلية والمتضمنة المعلومات التالية:
* اسم الشخص كما هو مذكور في وثائقه الرسمية.
* تاريخ الميلاد.
* تاريخ تلقي الجرعات وفقاً لنوع اللقاح.
* اسم اللقاح.
* رقم التشغيلة للقاح (اختياري).
* الشعار والختم الرسمي للجهة المانحة للقاح.
** المواطنون والمقيمون الذين أصيبوا بكوفيد-19:
يعفى المواطنون والمقيمون الذين أصيبوا بكوفيد-19 خلال الاثنى عشر شهراً الماضية من الحجر الصحي عند العودة من الخارج، وذلك إذا لم تظهر عليهم أعراض المرض وكانت نتيجة فحص (PCR) سلبية. يتعين على المسافرين من بنغلاديش، أو الهند، أو نيبال، أو باكستان، أو الفلبين أو سريلانكا الاطلاع على الإرشادات الإضافية أدناه.
** مواطنو ومقيمو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الذين أصيبوا بكوفيد-19 وحصلوا على جرعة واحدة على الأقل من اللقاحات المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة في دولة قطر:
المواطنون والمقيمون الذين تم تشخيص إصابتهم في أي من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وحصلوا على جرعة واحدة على الأقل من اللقاحات المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة في دولة قطر سيتم إعفاؤهم من الحجر الصحي شريطة تقديم شهادة رسمية سارية المفعول تحتوي على تفاصيل العدوى السابقة على أن تكون صادرة من وزارة الصحة المحلية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. يتعين على المسافرين من بنغلاديش، أو الهند، أو نيبال، أو باكستان، أو الفلبين أو سريلانكا الاطلاع على الإرشادات الإضافية أدناه.
** اللقاحات ذات الاعتماد المشروط:
سيخضع المسافرون الذين تلقوا جرعتي التطعيم للقاح سينوفارم لاختبار الأجسام المضادة عند الوصول، وفي حال كانت النتيجة إيجابية، سيتم إعفاؤهم من اشتراطات الحجر الصحي؛ أما في حال كانت النتيجة سلبية فيتعين على المسافر الخضوع للحجر الصحي وفقا لتصنيف دولة المغادرة بالإضافة إلى الخضوع لفحص (PCR) عند الوصول.
** المسافرون القادمون من دول القائمة الحمراء (باستثناء بنغلاديش، أو الهند، أو نيبال، أو باكستان، أو الفلبين، أو سريلانكا):
* يستثنى المسافر من الحجر الصحي في حال الحصول على جرعات لقاح معتمد لدى وزارة الصحة العامة ومرور (14) يوماً بعد تلقي الجرعة الثانية من لقاح ذي جرعتين أو من جرعة واحدة في حالة اللقاح ذي الجرعة الواحدة.
* يخضع المسافرون المطعمون القادمون من دول القائمة الحمراء لفحص PCR على نفقتهم الخاصة لدى وصولهم إلى مطار حمد الدولي أو المنفذ البري، يتعين على المسافر الالتزام ببروتوكول العزل في حال كانت النتيجة إيجابية.
** أبناء المواطنين والمقيمين في دولة قطر
يخضع الأطفال غير المحصنين المسافرين برفقة والديهم المحصنين بالكامل والذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 0- 17 عاما للحجر الصحي المنزلي لمدة 10 أيام في حال القدوم من الدول المدرجة ضمن القائمة الحمراء.
** أبناء مواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
يخضع الأطفال غير المحصنين المسافرون برفقة والديهم المحصنين من مواطني دول مجلس التعاون ممن لا يحملون بطاقة إقامة قطرية للحجر الفندقي لمدة 10 أيام في حال القدوم من الدول المدرجة ضمن القائمة الحمراء.
** المسافرون من بنغلايش، أو الهند، أو نيبال، أو باكستان أو الفلبين أو سريلانكا:
* يخضع المسافرون الحاصلون على التطعيم أو المتعافون من كوفيد-19 إلى الحجر الفندقي لمدة يومين، وتنتهي مدة الحجر بعد الحصول على نتيجة فحص PCR سلبية في اليوم الثاني. يجب أن يكون المسافرون من البلدان المذكورة أعلاه حاصلين على اللقاح للدخول إلى دولة قطر.
* يخضع الأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 0-17 والقادمون من الدول المذكورة أعلاه إلى الحجر الفندقي لمدة يومين.
