For citizens.. ADLSA clarifies the terms and conditions of applying for housing with a loan

Doha: The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs has confirmed that Qatari citizens can apply for housing with a loan to provide adequate housing in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2007 with the housing system and the decisions involved.

According to the ministry’s website, the application for housing with a loan to a Qatari married Qatari/Qatari married non-Qatari/Qatari who is providing for his children is a service that allows the Qatari citizen to apply for housing with a loan to provide suitable housing in accordance with Law No. (2) of 2007 with the housing system and the decisions contained in it through the link:

The Ministry also clarified the terms and conditions as follows:

To be married to a non-Qatari in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (21) of 1989 on the regulation of marriage to foreigners.

– To be a breadwinner for his children.

See Article 2 of Cabinet Resolution No. (17) 2007 with priorities and controls on the utilization of the housing system.

أكدت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية أنه يمكن للمواطن القطري التقديم على طلب إسكان بقرض لتوفير مسكن ملائم وفقاً للقانون رقم (2) لسنة 2007 بنظام الإسكان والقرارات المتضمنة له.

ووفقا لموقع الوزارة فإن طلب الانتفاع بمسكن إسكان بقرض لقطري متزوج قطرية / قطري متزوج غير قطرية / قطري معيل لأولاده هي خدمة تتيح للمواطن القطري تقديم طلب إسكان بقرض لتوفير مسكن ملائم وفقاً للقانون رقم (2) لسنة 2007 بنظام الإسكان والقرارات المتضمنة له من خلال الرابط:

كما أوضحت الوزارة الأحكام والشروط كما يلي:

-أن يكون متزوج من غير قطرية وفقا لأحكام القانون رقم (21) لسنة 1989 بشأن تنظيم الزواج من الأجانب.

-أن يكون عائلا لأولاده.

-انظر قانون الإسكان رقم (2) لسنة 2007 والقرارات المتضمنة له.

-انظر مادة رقم(2) في قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (17) لسنة 2007 بأولويات وضوابط الانتفاع بنظام الإسكان.
