Doha: A Flower Each Spring program announced that the Green Tent activities it organizes during the holy month of Ramadan every year will begin on Wednesday via videoconferencing, with four seminars for every week.
In a press conference, the Head of A Flower Each Spring program Dr. Saif Al Hajari said that the Green Tent is a platform for spreading environmental culture and community awareness and that its activities are in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030 as well as its pillars in human, social, economic and environmental development, as they are beneficial for individuals and societies.
He explained that this year, the program, which is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Endowment (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs, will address many topics and issues that affect all segments of society, with the participation of a group of officials, scholars, and specialists in the various fields it will be addressing.
The first seminar will be held tomorrow, and it will address the endowments contribution to lifes quality and human dignity, discussing the role of endowment in eradicating poverty and hunger, promoting good health and social welfare, providing quality education, decent work, and achieving economic growth, he said, adding that it will also address the role of endowment in spreading awareness, and its contribution to the educational renaissance, through endowments for schools, institutes, universities, and educational institutions in religious and scientific knowledge.
He noted that the role of endowments in Islam and the Arab and Islamic countries is very important, which is why the Tent was keen to discuss it in three separate seminars.
The program will also host officials and experts in endowment matters due to their significance, he added, indicating that the seminars will also address the fasting of those who are sick, elderly, or in difficult situations, in addition to the legal and medical opinion in this aspect.
The head of A Flower Each Spring program also stated that the Green Tent will focus on the efforts of the State of Qatar in spreading the Muslim culture and heritage throughout the world, given that Doha is the capital of Islamic culture for 2021, in addition to the importance of the available vaccines against the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the extent of their effectiveness as well as the impact of this pandemic on policies and administrative systems.
He added that the program will also discuss the impact of Arab and Islamic manuscripts on the cognitive heritage as well as the importance of preserving and restoring it, in addition to the Arab worlds aspirations and challenges towards achieving digital economy, and the issue of retirement with its psychological and social impact on competencies of the elderly.

الدوحة: أعلن برنامج “لكل ربيع زهرة” عن بدء فعاليات الخيمة الخضراء التي ينظمها خلال شهر رمضان المبارك من كل عام، اليوم /الأربعاء/ عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي، وبواقع أربع ندوات أسبوعيا.
وأكد الدكتور سيف علي الحجري، رئيس البرنامج، في مؤتمر صحفي، أن الخيمة الخضراء تعد منصة لنشر الثقافة البيئية والوعي المجتمعي، وأن فعالياتها تتماشى مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030 وركائزها في التنمية البشرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية، وتحقق الفائدة للأفراد والمجتمعات.
وأوضح أن برنامج الخيمة هذا العام الذي يتم بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة للأوقاف بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية يحفل بالعديد من الموضوعات والقضايا الحياتية التي تمس فئات المجتمع كافة، ويشارك به نخبة من المسؤولين والعلماء والمتخصصين في شتى المجالات المطروحة للنقاش.
وأضاف الدكتور سيف الحجري أن الندوة الأولى للخيمة ستعقد اليوم /الأربعاء/ ، تحت عنوان “إسهامات الوقف في جودة الحياة وكرامة الإنسان” وستناقش دور الوقف في القضاء على الفقر والجوع وتعزيز الصحة الجيدة والرفاه الاجتماعي وتوفير التعليم الجيد والعمل اللائق وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، مشيرا إلى أن الندوة ستتطرق إلى دور الوقف الديني في نشر الوعي، والتزكية والتربية وإسهامه في النهضة التعليمية، من خلال أوقاف المدارس والمعاهد والجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية في جميع المعارف الدينية والعلمية وتعزيز استقلال العلماء والفتوى.
وتابع أن دور الأوقاف في الإسلام والبلدان العربية والإسلامية كبير جدا، لذلك فقد حرصت الخيمة على التعرض له في ثلاث حلقات منفصلة، كما ستستضيف مسؤولين وخبراء في الأمور الوقفية لما لها من أهمية عظمى، مشيرا إلى أن ندوات الخيمة ستتطرق أيضا إلى صيام المريض وكبير السن وأصحاب الحالات المستعصية والرأي الشرعي والطبي في هذا الجانب.
وأفاد رئيس برنامج “لكل ربيع زهرة” بأن الخيمة ستركز كذلك على جهود دولة قطر في نشر ثقافة وتراث المسلمين حول العالم، كون الدوحة عاصمة الثقافة الإسلامية لهذا العام، إضافة إلى أهمية اللقاحات المتوافرة ضد فيروس كورونا /كوفيد-19/ ومدى فعاليتها وإقبال الناس عليها وأثر هذه الجائحة على السياسات والأنظمة الإدارية.
وبين أن الخيمة ستناقش أيضا أثر المخطوطات العربية والإسلامية على الموروث المعرفي وأهمية الحفاظ عليها وترميمها، وكذلك الفجوات والتحديات وطموحات العالم العربي في طريقه إلى تحقيق الاقتصاد الرقمي، إضافة إلى موضوع التقاعد وأثره النفسي والاجتماعي على الخبرات والكفاءات من كبار السن.
