QIC Insured and Ooredoo in pact to reward Nojoom members

QIC Insured, the personal insurance division of Qatar Insurance, has partnered with Ooredoo to make its customers’ journey “even more rewarding”.

Customers who are members of Ooredoo’s rewards programme, Nojoom, can earn loyalty points when purchasing comprehensive car, annual travel, personal accident benefit and home insurances.

Nojoom members simply need to inform QIC staff when purchasing insurance from any QIC branch. For those purchasing insurances online at qic-insured.com, the Nojoom Points will automatically get added to their Nojoom account.

QIC has always focused on meeting the direct and indirect needs of its customers. In order to build a culture of continuous improvement that uplifts customers’ experience, QIC has consistently deployed state-of-the-art technology and metrics that measure both customers’ satisfaction with journeys and the operational indicators that underlie each journey.

At the signing ceremony held at Qatar Insurance headquarters in West Bay, Deputy Group president & CEO of QIC Mena region Salem al-Mannai said: “QIC is pleased to partner with Ooredoo. Every Ooredoo residential customer with a QID can enrol into Nojoom, which enables members to earn Nojoom Points each time they use an Ooredoo service or shop at Nojoom’s earn partners or use their services. Points can be redeemed for a host of shops and services across Qatar and internationally.

أعلنت شركة قطر للتأمين -شركة التأمين الرائدة في دولة قطر ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا- أن «QIC Insured»، وهو قسم البيع بالتجزئة، انضم إلى برنامج «نجوم» بوصفه أحدث شريك لبرنامج «نجوم» لمكافأة عملاء «ooredoo»، وذلك في إطار مساعي الشركة إلى زيادة تنويع خيارات المكافآت المتاحة لأعضاء البرنامج من خلال هذه الشراكة الجديدة. يتيح البرنامج للعملاء المشتركين في برنامج مكافآت «ooredoo» كسب نقاط «نجوم» عند شرائهم وثائق التأمين من شركة قطر للتأمين، مثل التأمين الشامل للسيارة، وتأمين محتويات المنزل، وتأمين السفر السنوي، والتأمين ضد الحوادث الشخصية. الآن يحتاج أعضاء «نجوم» ببساطة إلى إبلاغ موظفي «قطر للتأمين» عن عضوية «نجوم» عند شراء التأمين من أي من فروع «قطر للتأمين». أما بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يشترون التأمين على الإنترنت عبر موقع الشركة، فستُضاف نقاط «نجوم» تلقائياً لديهم في حساب برنامج «نجوم».

وفي حفل التوقيع، الذي عُقد في مقر شركة قطر للتأمين في الخليج الغربي، صرّح السيد سالم خلف المناعي -نائب رئيس المجموعة، والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة قطر للتأمين- قائلاً: «توقيع هذه الاتفاقية مع (ooredoo) يُعدّ أحد وسائلنا لتحقيق وسيلة لمكافأة عملائنا الكرام، وهو جزء من استراتيجية مجموعة قطر للتأمين التي تهدف إلى الاستمرار دائماً في البحث عن سبل جديدة لمكافأة عملائها».

وعلّق السيد يوسف عبدالله الكبيسي -رئيس العمليات في «ooredoo قطر»- قائلاً: «إننا من خلال برنامج (نجوم) نعبّر عن شكرنا للعملاء على اختيارهم خدمات (ooredoo)، ونتيح لهم الاستمتاع بمجموعة من المزايا الحصرية التي يوفرها البرنامج، وذلك انطلاقاً من حرصنا الدائم على تقديم أفضل الحلول والخدمات لعملائنا».;
